Summary of this class


First, I explained the grading system, etc. Then I compared the percentage of advertising
expenditures in Japan between mass media and digital media and learned that advertising
expenditures for digital media are increasing every year. I also learned about the customer path,
the process by which a customer comes into contact with a product and makes a purchase. In
addition, I realized that new customer paths have emerged due to the widespread use of the
Internet.
