MOTION FOR ISSUANCE OF WRIT OF EXECUTION

COMES NOW, the undersigned Plaintiff assisted by counsel, and

unto the Honorable Court, most respectfully pleads:

1. That this instant case was already adjudged by the Honorable

Court via Judgment by Compromise dated October 15, 2019, the
dispositive portion of which reads:

NOW THEREFORE, finding the foregoing compromise

agreement freely entered by the parties and the provisions
therein not being contrary to law, public morals, good
customs and public policy, the same is hereby approved and
adopted as basis of JUDGMENT in this case.

Accordingly, the parties are directed to faithfully comply with

the provisions thereof.

SO ORDERED.
2. That from the time of judgment until today, the defendant did not
pay or comply with her obligation as mandated in the judgment.

3. Plaintiff is now therefore constrained to move for the execution of

the judgment against Defendant.

4. Wherefore, premises considered, the plaintiff most respectfully

prays for the issuance of the writ of execution against defendant.

Other reliefs just and equitable are likewise prayed for.
