repugnant to the context or meaning thereof shall mean & include her successors

Hereinafter called "the INDEMNITY HOLDER" (which expression shall unless

repugnant to the context or meaning thereof shall mean & include her successors
& assignors).

For the purpose of this clause, Vampire shall be party to the contract and can be
made liable for any wrong done. It shall be assumed government has legalized
the killings of vampires and for the purpose of the same selling of such items
helpful in killing of vampires is lawful with due adherence to the rules specified
hereunder:-

1) The seller of the vervain or the steak shall be liable to indemnify the
indemnity- holder for such loss or harm as has been occurred as a
consequence of the usage of the vervain or steaks by any vampire hunter
with due adherence to the rules specified herein under:-
i. The wooden steak must be used after the sunset
ii. Vervain must be given after mixing it in animal blood
iii. The vampire hunter must wear blue band before going to use either of
vervain or wooden steak.

2) The liability of the owner does not arise if there was a fault on the part of
the vampire hunter in not adhering the rules specified or death or any
harm caused to a human being.
3) Subject to proviso given under clause (2), the seller will not be able to
escape liability if the death of human is caused because of the faulty
working of the vervain or wooden steak.
4) Subject to the proviso under Clause 3, the seller shall indemnify the
indemnity- holder if such an event has occurred within the premises of
the state. In case of any damage done to the property of humans the seller
shall be liable to indemnify the person of whom such property has been
damaged.
