-The Balbisiana started in April 2023 in a small kitchen of friends house. Certainly, Balbisiana still
able to enhance, improve, and develop more profit and the small business is being crowded by
the customer because of its products and services that are being offered. Balbisiana has its own
unique and simple ingredients which still safe. All the ingredients are being checked carefully to
enhance the safety and to meet the good quality of the product.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Balbisiana was born the love of the super potassium rich fruit-banana. These are small balls and
have cheese inside. Moreover the soft and cheesy flavor and sweet fruity banana is the
combination you never thought you’d like.

PROCEDURES:
1. Place your bananas in a pot and fill with water. Cook the bananas for 15 to 20 minutes using
medium heat.
2. Drain the water and let the banana cool enough to handle.
3. Peel the bananas and transfer them to a bowl.
4. Mash them until smooth.
5. Add the flour, sugar and flatten it and place a cheese cube inside, close the banana mash and
roll it into a ball again.
6. Prepare a plate with a bread crumbs on the other. Dip each banana then coat in bread
crumbs.
7. Heat a lot of oil in a pan and deep-fry the balls until golden brown.

8. Transfer them to a strainer or paper towel to drain excess oil. Transfer the balbisiana in a
serving plate and enjoy!
