I. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Galexia Cafe Crib is a small business owned by Janella Cajucom , Graciel
Bernardino, Jomar Del Rosario and Benedict Ong as a hybrid type of business and
will begin as a sole proprietorship type of enterprise. The owner will oversee the
entire operation of the company from the kitchen to personnel management,
accounting, and computerized operations and will use her extensive experience in the
industry and her knowledge of running small upscale concept cafes to ensure the
store's success

II. TARGET MARKET


The Galexia Cafe Crib are offering high quality products and excellent customer
services. The target market of our cafe will be those who are media literate, students,
teachers, and office professionals in National Road Highway Cutcot Pullilan Bulacan.
because they are the ones who are constantly using social media most of them are
coffee drinkers. According to our market research, this particular category of
potential customers is more likely to purchase of coffee, pasta and meals.

Roles and Responsibilities


The initial management team will be divided into three roles. While all three are still
primarily concerned with the quality of expertise. One takes the responsibility for administration
and finance, which will be handled by the owner to save thousands of money to pay an
accountant. The other two will handle the food service and marketing and also kitchen
management. As we expand, we will take additional consulting help, sales, accounting,
marketing team and service staff.

V. VENDORS/ SUPPLIERS
The Galexia Café Crib will only have one supplier for the main ingredient. The
Brewed Cof.y is our supplier located at Loma de Gato, Marilao, Bulacan. This
supplier will be called 1 week advance for the delivery of supplies to avoid
disappointment from customers due to out of stock. This company will be a trusted
supplier of Galexia Café Crib because of their good and high quality of products that
has an affordable price that much our needs.

VI. MARKETING PLAN

This section contains the following factors of the marketing mix: product, place, price,
promotion, people, packaging, positioning.

Product
The Galexia Café Crib will offer a wide range of foods that embraces modern beverages,
innovative sweets, and friendly menus, all served with a creative presentation that will entice the
customers particularly teens to visit our store and will definitely differentiate us from the rest of
the competitors.

Place
Galexia Café crib will be positioned in a commercial space along the National Road
Highway BrgyCutcotPulilanBulacan, within a view of the Pulilan River View, a five-minute
drive from Robinsons Pulilan, and a walking distance from Academia de Pulilan and other
nearby schools.The vacant of 150 square meter premises, previously occupied by a pastry shop,
has been leased to the company. The lease agreement has a three-year renewal option at a set
rate, which Galexia Cafe Crib will pursue depending on its liquidity position. The floor plan will
include a 30 square meter parking area and a 120 square meter space for coffee shop which
include seating area with 20 cribs placed on top of another and 4 movie rooms, a kitchen, storage
area, and a two bathroom. The space in the coffee shop will be roughly divided into 80 square
meters for seating area, 30 square meters for the production area, and the remaining 10 square
meters for customer service areas.

Price
Galexia Cafe Crib products will be priced to fit our customers' budgets. The prices of our
products will only range from 39 to 75 pesos, making them ideal for those looking for delicious
food on a budget that will certainly satisfy their cravings.
The products at galexia Cafe Crib will be priced using a status quo pricing strategy. The
food will be reasonably priced and comparable to other coffee shops in the area. Not only will
the cost be computed by the going rate in the area, but also by the percentage of the actual
expenses of the food. The products will be tasty, well-presented, and served in large portions in a
relaxing environment where the customer will be comfortable. The pricing will convey to the
customer that they are receiving good value for their money, that they do not need to be wealthy
to eat at Galexia Café Crib and that anyone can afford to visit. The company will also use a
psychological pricing strategy, which entails setting prices slightly below a whole number. This
practice is based on the assumption that customers will not round up these prices, making them
appear lower than they are. We can generate or increase sales with these by convincing our
customers that the product is less expensive than it actually is.

Promotion
In order to expand the company’s clientele, in the short term, a variety of promotions and
activities are planned around the launch period to raise an awareness about the store like using
strategic banners, fliers, and digital posters. Additionally, during its first year of operation, the
coffee shop will hand out a limited number of coupons for a free cup of beverage to customers
visiting the shop. Galexia Cafe crib will also promote on popular social media sites regularly.
The company will focus more on digital advertising than traditional print advertising because it
is a more cost-effective strategy that will allow the company to reach prospects in a highly

targeted manner. The store will also have a simple website that lists its menu items, including
beverages, snacks, pasta, and meals, as well as its address, map, and operating hours. A calendar

media sites, such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, will also be available on the site. The
shop will also make use of promotional sales by giving discounts to those customers celebrating
their birthdays in our shop. Galexia Café Crib will also employ word-of-mouth marketing by
inviting and providing a free product to a new aspiring vlogger or any famous personalities in
social media to assist us in promoting our store by sharing their genuine thoughts and opinions
regarding our products and services with their followers.

People

Our management style represents the owners' active involvement, we are not very
hierarchical, and we encourage all staff to learn as much as they can about all aspects of the
business. The company values its colleague community and will treat all employees fairly and
everyone is expected to have opinions, as it is a team that will make this company excel

In Galexia Cafe Crib full-time service personnel will be hired to oversee the shop daily
operations. This person's responsibilities will include ensuring high-quality customer service,
preparing restaurant tables with a focus on cleanliness and order, and attending customers upon
their entrance or when needed with a positive attitude. A kitchen staff will also be hired to
oversee the day-to-day operations in kitchens as well as assuring the freshness, quality, and
promptness of the food, creating new recipes, menus, preparing the food of customer and more.
To expedite customer service, three employees will be servicing clients, two will be preparing
the customer's order, together with the kitchen staff while the other one will handle the sales
transaction. Galexia Cafe Crib currently employs six people. Depending on the company's
growth, future years may require a few more people than those mentioned.

Furthermore, in line with our mission, Galexia Cafe Crib will concentrate its marketing
efforts on reaching students and faculty members ages 18-30 years old who love hanging out
after class in a totally different concept cafe and a cozy budget place to meet with friends. Also
those people working in offices, families, and sophisticated teenagers 13yrs old and above who

live near the coffee shop and want to spend some quality time away from the daily stresses of life
and just simply want to stay in a comfortable place to relax, eat, and enjoy, all at one.

Packaging
The packaging for Galexia Cafe Crib was created to reflect the company's uniqueness.
The food packaging will include a graphic and 3D design that represents the food inside,
allowing each menu to speak for itself, as well as the company's logo and a short encouraging
word. The purpose of the packaging was to provide comfort and a smile to our customers' faces
through its playful illustration. In comparison to food products, beverage packaging is more
unique . The packaging is similar to a standard plastic cup, but ours features a light-colored
galaxy background with the company logo and an encouraging word placed in the middle part.
This was used to represent the company's theme and motif.

Positioning

The graphs below illustrate how the consumer viewed these companies in terms of their
goods and services. The figure depicts that Galexia Cafe crib is perceived by the market as a
food business that provides high-quality products and services at a low cost. Galexia and blissful
cafe appeared to be paired together, therefore, the market perceive these firms offering as
similar, resulting to a head to head competition between the two. The other two giants
companies, Starbucks and Amazon appeared to be very well positioned as well by the market
relative to the middle to upper class. Hence, this organization could pose a competitive threat to
the company as they have already established a strong brand identity and good reputation in the
market. Meanwhile, the markets view Cafe Pulilan and Mosh Bubble Tea as a low-quality with
low and high priced food business. Therefore, these business do not pose a risk to the
organization in comparison to the other company in terms of consumer perceptions about the
quality of the products and services

VII. OPERATIONS

This section presents the operation hour, purchase procedure, production schedule and
process. 
Operation Hour
Galexia Cafe Crib will be open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Mondays
through Fridays, and from 10 a.m. until 10 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. For inquiries, the
shop is open to take calls from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m every Monday to Sunday. Some changes with
our operations that may occur will be communicated through our social media pages a day in
advance.
