Final Project Cost Estimate

Table 0-0 shows the summary of the Final Project Cost Estimate for Trade-off 3: Chevron Bracing System.
This trade-off acquired the lowest and most economical among the other trade-offs presented, with a total
project cost of ₱39,154,491.46. Hence, trade-off 3 is suitable and purposely selected in the proposed
project design.

Final Project Duration

Table 0-0 presents the summary of the estimated Final Project Duration for Trade-off 3: Chevron Bracing
System. Although this trade-off did not acquire the lowest number of construction days among the other
trade-offs presented, Trade-off 3 still obtain and achieve the constructability constraints which the duration
of the project construction expectedly should not exceed 1 year or 365 days, with the total project duration
of 317 days. Thereby, trade-off 3 is adequately and purposely selected in the proposed project design.

Final Design of Winning Trade-off

Upon completion of the final normalization method and sensitivity analysis, this section presents the final
design findings of the governing trade-offs. In conclusion, the final ranking and sensitivity analysis were
determined by the last given trade-off, which is Trade-off 3: Chevron Bracing System. The proposed Two-
Storey Drug Rehabilitation center in Brgy. Lagundi, Morong, Rizal, will have a total material cost of Php
39,154,491.46, total construction days of 317 days, maintenance cost of Php 2,013,379.84 for 50 years,
maximum story drift of 2.14 mm, safety percentage of 172.55 percent, and uncertainty percentage of 27.45
percent based on the estimates and design that have been conducted.
