    STEP 01: Log in to https://www.cowin.gov.

    in/
    Below page open. Click on right side icon ( Register/ Sign in)

    STEP 02: Put your mobile no & click on Get OTP. After entering OTP next page open
    STEP 03: Click on Rightside Icon – Raise an issue. Then next page open.

    STEP 04: If you have correct in Name then please click on 1 point (correction in my certificate regarding
    name/age/gender/photo id.then next page open.

    STEP 05: select Name & then click the icon front of your name( Change).
    STEP 06: Enter Correct Name & Upload Passport copies at icon mentioned ( Upload photo Id) & Then Submitt.
    Your name will be get updated in certificate in 2 -3 hrs.

    STEP 07: To update your passport number back to step 04 & then click on third point ( Add passport detail to
    my vaccination ).The below page get open. Select Member name add date of Birth & then Passport no in given
    space & submitt. You can download you updated certificate in 30 minute to 1 hrs.
