1.Knitting –is it popular nowdays.

I believe that knitting is not popular in our time. Right

now it's easier to buy a thing than to tie. Knitting can
be popular with people who want to calm down, as
knitting involves the fine work of the fingers, which
helps to calm down.
2. Blogging- for and against
I think that blogging is normal, maybe even good, so
that's what I'm for. Some people watch or read blogs
after a hard day to relax. For me, the question is
difficult, since I watch videos or blogs more about
computers or computer games. I think some blogs are
boring because some people don't talk well. Maybe in
the future I will watch it
3. Science and modern technology in our life
There are many modern technologies, but very few
those who know science. In developed countries,
science is more developed, than in the developing
countries. However, many countries have a lot of
modern technologies. Only countries who have more
scientists develops modern technologies and sets
technology trends, for example, 5G. So I think that
science is very important
 4.The British –the nation of pet lovers
Many British people have pets. In Britain animals are
safe. The government protects animals. You can see
rabbits, foxes, deers, swans, ducks, cats and dogs in the
forests and sometimes even in the towns. There are
many parks with squirrels and birds. In the ponds there
are many fishes and ducks, swans. Also British people
like horses very much. In the farms there are many
chicken, sheep, cows, horses, pigs, etc,

5.Cell phones for and against

Using a cell phone now is a common thing. For some
tasks, we use phones more often than anything else,
such as a calculator, time,camera, information. But
mobile phones also have a bad side. They take time,
spoil their eyesight, people are too lazy to look for any
information in books or other historians.
6. Teenagers !Self esteem
In the 21st century, self-esteem has become much more
important. Due to self-esteem, mood can change -
sadness, positive. Those who have low self-esteem are
more withdrawn because they consider themselves
inferior to others. But high self-esteem is also not
good, as people with high self-esteem begin to consider
themselves better than others and become arrogant.
7. Holidays
During the summer holidays I went to Issyk-Kul. I
rested and swam in the lake. I stayed for 3 weeks, then
I went back to the city. During the autumn holidays I
made DIY, and I was celebrating my birthday. In
winter, I celebrated the New Year with my whole
family. And spring holidays are upcoming, so I will
inform additionally.
8.Books
Reading is very useful as you develop your vocabulary
and erudition. Previously, everyone looked for
information in the books, but now gadgets have come
to replace books. Many adults used to read a lot of
books. Some of the books have been made into movies
or TV series. Previously, book dictionaries were
popular, more people went to the library because there
was nowhere else to get information from, newspapers
were popular.
 9.English as a global language of communication.
At the end of the 20th century, English has become a
widely spread international language. Since 18 century
England was a cradle of the world economy and the
development of international relations. English
language was used for trade. Also the spread of the
English language was associated with the military
leadership of England. In modern time the English
language is associated with technical, cultural and
economic progress.

10. British castles.

The Edinburgh castle is the largest, most ancient, most
popular and most beautiful castles in Great Britain. It
has a long history, full of events. Kings of Scotland
lived in this castle. Historically, castles are primarily
military installations. In the Middle Ages, local lords
settled in fortified buildings to protect their families,
and possessions from enemies, whose attacks occurred
property regularly.
