 This research is an example of collative model of research


Because based on the research it digested and analyzed the revised sentencing of
guideline of FDRE supreme court and its practical applications. It briefly explains that of
the law which says Punishment imposed on offender shall be imposed in a manner that
achieves the purposes of punishment, incapacitation, rehabilitation, deterrence and
retribution. In order to meet these purposes punishment, need to be proportional,
consistence and transparent.

3.RESEARCH TITLE: EXAMINING THE LAWS REGULATING OWNERSHIP


STRUCTURE AND FORECLOSURE IN MICRO FINANCE INSTITUTIONS IN
ETHIOPIA

 This research is an example of evaluative model of research


Because the study explains the logical coherence of concept of laws regulating ownership
structure and foreclosure in micro finance institutions in Ethiopia.

Because the research anticipated the effect of the inquiry in to the states obligation and
the study is to analyzed the obligation of the government of Ethiopia towards IDPs
emanating from international human rights treaties ratified by the government and
evaluate their implementation.
