The momory loss is when people forget more things from time to time
We want to know What are some reasons why people suffer from memory loss?
One is the Vitamin deficiency, which is common in older adults.
vitamin helps maintain healthy nerve cells and red blood cells.
Memory loss may be attributed to severe infection around the brain. For example, some people with long
COVID-19 have reported memory loss after infection.
Different drugs or alcohol affect the brain in different ways.  Problems with substance interfere
with regular brain function.
2.How can they are prevent it?
You should take action before the memory loss affect you.
Don’t forget it´s important to Manage Stress or reduce stress, because people who have experienced more
stressful events show more problems with memory
Sleeping on average 7-8 hours each day,Scientists don't know exactly how sleep enhances memory, but it
appears to involve the brain's hippocampus
Physical activity can help memory. It can improve memory. That must be difficult, but its possible to do.
In fact, We not only need physical activity, but also we need to do mental exercise for our health mind.
Social interaction helps whit stress. Look for opportunities to get together friends and familye, especially if
you live alone.
A healthy diet is good for your brain. Eat a brain-boosting diet, Eat fruits, vegetables and whole grains.
We need to eat more organic foods, because nobody wants to come down with memory loss.
Memory loss is a big problem, yet most people are still focused only on physical problems.

Yes, I could be wrong, but it appears to me that if we follow these tip it’s possible to reinforce our
memory.

Second . Repetition is a powerful tool. When you meet someone new, repeat their name to yourself .
When you’re learning a new skill, repeat it several times. The simple act of repeating something helping us
remember it.

Third Follow your health care, such as high blood pressure, diabetes, depression, and obesity. Take care of yourself,
review the medicines you take with your DR.
