Election 2022
Election 2022 is the talk of town these days. The candidates who will run
for president next year are made up of people who have made great
achievements in our country, but can their achievements be enough for the
people especially with the big problem facing our country? In voting for next
year’s election what would you consider your family’s choice, your personal
decision or what the bible says that man should lead?
Family’s decision is a big vital part in our decision making. It is a way of
showing respect. But will you continue to follow their decision even if you do not
want it? In choosing their leaders is also means they have chosen a leader for
you. They believe that the leader they choose is the best for us. But following
them would be the best decision for you? Would you allow them to direct your
decisions or would you like to decide on your own? Saying no to them does not
mean you’re disrespecting them but rather it is a way of being independent by
making your own decision. Try to imagine that you went to a school that you
don't like, it's regrettable isn't it? But what if you have a choice to make, will you
just let it go or will you fight for what you want? It is not bad to seek parental
advice but there are things that require your own decision.
We are responsible for every decision that we would do. So choosing a
leader that would lead us is a big responsibility that would change our lives. In
choosing our leader we should be wise and careful. We are in-charge for every
decision and choosing the wrong decision has a consequences that awaits. So
in the coming election choose a leader that meet the needs of the country, have
some sort of authority and knows to learn from their mistake. We need to
consider that the leader we need should prioritize or ensures his/her people’s
needs. Everyone needs to be responsible in choosing and shouldn’t be swayed
if someone gives us money. Thus, have to stand in our decision and needs to
believe that what we decide would be the best for ourselves, also for our
country.
A man should rule the nation. If you open the bible there’s a certain verse
that a man should be in-charge or the one who rule the house or a nation.
Should we consider gender in choosing our president? If I were to ask I would
choose a man to rule not because I don’t believe in the power of women but
rather, us, women isn’t firm when it comes to decision making. I’m not
discriminating women president or females as I am also a female but base on
what I see and on what I feel I’ve seen how men are so sure and strong to take
such challenges. In this kind of world we are living today, we need a leader that
would be strong and ready to face any obstacles and challenges that would
come in our way especially right now. As what it says on the bible should lead. I
grew up going to church and our pastor is a man and never in my life have I
seen a women taking his position. All characters in the bible that lead a nation is
a men. It is what God says and I believe that is right. (Ephesians 5:22-24)
In this coming election should we consider our family’s decision, our own
choice or what the bible says in voting? Next year’s election the presidential
candidates are special persons with great achievements but sometimes
achievements are not necessary especially in today’s time. In choosing your
pour president you may ask an advice on your parents on who to vote but it’s
the best if you decide on your own. Deciding who to vote is our responsibility so
we should be wise and careful. Because you can’t back out once you already
voted. Consider the things they did for our country, don’t be easily swayed if
some candidates bribe you. The last thing is what the bible says. It states that
man should lead and the women should help or give light to the man. I believe
that men are confident and sure in making decisions. They don’t think twice in
making decision and at the same time they do know when to stop. We cannot
conclude that men’s leadership skills are more powerful and more important
than women’s skills or vice versa, but it is clear that gender differences do exist
and people should capitalize on them. But nonetheless it’s you who will decide
on who to vote. Vote someone who you think will be the best for country, who
will help our fellow citizen. If we choose wise leaders, they will help make the
society wiser too.
