    INSTRUCTIONS & OTHER DETAILS FOR PARENTS OF STUDENTS

    TOUR ITINERARY
    13TH JAN. UDAIPUR-BANGALORE
    Assemble at the Udaipur Airport at 17:00 hrs. to
    board flight 6E-6548/6E-6571 at 19:35hrs. Arrive
    Bangalore Airport, Board the coach and transfer to
    Ooty, Overnight in the coach.
    14TH JAN. BANGALORE - OOTY
    Arrive Ooty in the morning. Check- in the hotel.
    After lunch visit Doddabetta Peak and the beautiful Ooty Lake. Dinner and overnight
    stay at the hotel.
    15TH JAN. OOTY
    After breakfast visit the beautiful Shooting Point and Tea Gardens, Tea Factory.
    After lunch visit to the Botanical Garden and evening
    enjoy shopping. Tonight we enjoy music & dance.
    Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
    16TH JAN. OOTY – MYSORE
    After breakfast Transfer to Mysore. Arrive Mysore at
    lunch time. Check - in the hotel. After lunch visit
    Mysore Palace. St Philomenas Church Dinner and Overnight stay in the hotel.
    17TH JAN. MYSORE
    After breakfast visit Chamundi Hills Temple. After lunch visit the famous
    Krishnaraj Sagar Dam and Brindavan Garden with its beautiful Musical
    fountains. Dinner and overnight stay at the Hotel.
    18TH JAN. MYSORE - BANGALORE
    After breakfast check out the hotel. Transfer to Bangalore, Arrive Bangalore Check in the
    hotel. After lunch visit Tipu Sultan`s Summer
    Palace, Science Museum. Dinner and Overnight
    stay in the hotel.
    19TH JAN. BANGLORE- UDAIPUR
    After breakfast transfer to Bangalore Airport to board
    the fligh-6E 687(30Sets) and flight 6E-6548/6E-
    6571(22Sets) for Udaipur Airport. scheduled at 12:00 hrs. Arrive Udaipur Airport
    at 18:10 hrs.

    THE STUDENTS MUST CARRY THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:


    1. 05 Sets of clothing, 05 pair of socks, flat walking shoes (not heeled ones) may
    be carried.
    2. Nightwear, Bathroom slippers, 3 Woolen and Toilet articles
    3. Personal medicines, Water bottle (Compulsory), Notebook and Pen. No
    JEWELLERY / VALUBLES PLEASE.
    4. Mobile Phones are strictly not allowed. Camera at your own risk.
    5. Kindly report at MAHARANA PRATAP AIRPORT on 13th Jan. 2023 at 17:00
    hrs. to depart and collect from Udaipur Airport at 18:10 hrs. on 19th Jan.
    2023.
    6. Carrying School Identity card and Aadhar Card is compulsory.
    7. Students must carry dinner for 13th January, 2023.
    8. Pocket Money of Rs. 2000/- is allowed.

    the Availability.

    School & Travel Agent will not be held responsible for any change in plans due to
    unforeseen incidences like strike, traffic jam, rain, close monuments. Flight cancel etc. or
    any short comings in this tour.

    INSTRUCTIONS FOR PARENTS –


    1. Kindly ensure that the child carries a light luggage with his/her name tags inside and
    outside
    2. Kindly ensure that the child must wear school house t-shirt & track pant, while travelling
    in the flight
    3. Carrying Identity card and Aadhar Card is compulsory.
    4. Parents can call their ward at the hotel between 9:00 pm to 10:00 pm
