FEASIBILITY STUDY
Used data are not linked to a specific machine.

Author ESTNER ANDRÉ

Date 16.05.2023

Attention

These planning data are based on a representative portfolio machine and a matching LML / load chart. They may
differ in availability of configurations and in value of the planning data of a specific machine. Therefore, this
document is not a valid lift plan.

Usage note

Any information you will receive from or in connection with the use of the Crane Planner 2.0 shall further in no way
replace any information contained in a crane’s application documents, such as without limitation operating,
installation and/or maintenance instructions, load charts or similar. You and any user of a crane are therefore always
obliged to carefully study and in any case preferentially observe any application documentation of a crane.
Furthermore, please mind that any and all values calculated via the Crane Planner 2.0 will be only theoretically
calculated and idealised and be calculated only on the basis of mere static load and weight assumptions under ideal
conditions.
The Crane Planner 2.0 will not take account of any dynamic influences caused by – without limitation – a crane’s
and/or its load’s motions (lifting, slewing, luffing, driving, etc.) and/or any environmental impacts such as wind,
snow, ice, etc. and any elastic deformation of the loadbearing frame. Any additional weight and load of attachments
such as running boards, needle etc. are also not taken into account. In addition, it is presumed that the crane is
working on solid, good bearing and almost horizontal (max. inclination 1%) ground. Please mind that in the course
of its operation a crane is however always subject to various additional forces, especially additional load, dynamic
forces, environmental impacts and elastic deformation. Therefore the values actually arising in practice can be
remarkably higher than the theoretical values calculated via Crane Planner 2.0.
