1.Agility
- The ability to
quickly and
accurately change
the direction of the
entire body in space.
Hexagon Agility test
- involves quickly
jumping in and out of a
hexagon shape.
Sports that need agility:

• Basketball - Boxing
• Hockey

2. Balance
- The ability to
maintain your
equilibrium either
when moving or
remaining
stationary.
Stork balance test
- requires the person to
stand on one leg, up on
the ball of the foot, for
as long as possible.

• Biking
• Bowling
• Wall climbing
• Golf
• Horseback riding
• Ice skating
• Surfing

- The amount
of force a
muscle in the
body can exert.
Standing long jump
- the jumper stands at a
line marked on the
ground with the feet
slightly apart. The
athlete takes off and
lands using both feet,
swinging the arms and
bending the knees to
provide forward drive.

- The amount
of time the
body takes to
perform a
specific task.
40 Meter Sprint
- is a 40 meter run
primarily to evaluate
the speed of a
person. It shows how
fast a person can
finish the 40 meter
sprint.

• Track and Field: Sprints


• Speed Skating
• Swimming (all strokes): Sprints
• Ice Hockey

- The ability to use
your senses and
different parts of
your body to
perform motor tasks
accurately and
smoothly.
Juggling
- toss items in the air and
keep them moving from
hand to hand, with at
least one of them
suspended at any
given moment.

6. Reaction Time
- Also called response
time. It refers to the
amount of time that
takes places between
when we perceive
something to when
we respond to it.
Stick Drop Test
- This test uses the known
properties of gravity to
determine how long it takes
a person to respond to the
dropping of an object by
measuring how far the
object can falls before
being caught.
