1. Which is the smallest country and where is it located?

The smallest country in the world is the Vatican City.
It is located west of Rome.

The largest country in the world is Russia wich is located in Northen Asia.

3. What do you think is a multinational state? List at least 2 countries and briefly explain
why they are multinational. Cite your source.

The political parties represented in the Asamblea de la Comunidad de Madrid are:
PP, Más Madrid, PSOE, VOX and Unidas Podemos.

7. How many political parties are there in Cuba? Write their name.
There are 8 political parties in Cuba: Conservative Party of Cuba, Constitutinal
Union Party, Cuban Nation League, Cuban National Party, Democratical Federal
Republican Party of Santiago de Cuba, Democratic Solidary Party, Democratic
Union Party and Independent Republican Party.

8. Go to freedomhouse.org. A) Look at the map on global freedom and analyse what you
see there. B) Compare Spain with other European countries like Italy and Norway and
then with other countries such as US, Morocco or Russia. Explain the differences by
reading the country reports.
Spain and most European countries are free but countries like China and Russia are
not so free.
9. Compare the map on freedom with the map of countries by HDI.
They are really similars but they are not the same.

10. Choose an NGO. Then, write down its main objectives and explain one campaign they

I choose Save the Children. His main objective is to eradicate the child suffering all
around the world and they are working on health programs, eduction programes
and protection programs.
