ANSWER: There are four elements of the states this includes:


-Permanent population which is a state is an organization of human beings living together as a
community.
-Define Territory which is the function of a state a political and legal community of human beings,
must first of all be exercised in given territory.
-Government is the executive branch of the state and has the role to administer the state uniformly in
the following aspects political, Economic, social, cultural, use of natural resources, environmental
protection , national defense and security and foreign affairs.

ANSWER: Global Social Movements (GSM ) are networks of organizations and individuals
collaborating across borders and outside of national Identities to advance thematically similar
agendas throughout the world . It is a purposeful, organized groups striving to work towards a
common social goal.

a. international Court Justice and International Criminal Court

ANSWER: International Court of Justice ( ICJ or World Court) is a civil tribunal that hears disputes
between countries , this court has two functions: to settle in accordance with international law legal
disputes submitted by states and to give advisory opinions on legal questions referred to it by
authorized UN organs and specialized agencies. On the other hand International Criminal Court (ICC)
is a criminal tribunal that will prosecute individuals it seeks to hold the account those quilty of some
of the World’s worst crime.

b. NAFTA
ANSWER: The North American Free Trade Agreement ( NAFTA ) is an international agreement signed
by the government of Canada , Mexico, and the United State creating a trilateral trade bloc in North
America. NAFTA reduced or eliminated tariffs on imports and exports between the three
participating countries , creating a huge free-trade zone.

c. United Nations (UN)

ANSWER: The United Nations (UN) is an international organization founded in 1945. UN’s maintain
International Peace and Security. Protect human rights, deliver humanitarian aid, support
sustainable development and climate action. UN Develop friendly relations among nations

d. WTO ( World Trade Organizations )

ANSWER: The World Trade Organization ( WTO ) is the only global international organization dealing
with the rules of trade between nations. WTO has many roles: it operates a global system of trade
rules , it acts as a forum for negotiating trade agreements , it settles trade disputes between its
member and its support the needs of developing.

ANSWER: The United Nations Children’s Fund ( UNICEF ), originally known as the United Nations
International Children’s Emergency Fund . It purpose is to provide emergency food and healthcare to

Which has the greatest impact to the government?

ANSWER: There is a big difference between them, international organization which innate rights of
the individual, and the nation -state emphasizes the government’s responsibility to the nation.
International organization are filled with countries and nation state and the nation state are even the
ones who form the international organization.
