The Place

All-in-One Hub is located at 124 Baltazar St., Brgy. Layunan, Binangonan,

Rizal, and is conveniently situated near its target customers. It is easily

accessible by public transportation and is within a reasonable distance from the

sources of raw materials, labor, and utilities. The peace and order situation in the

area is generally good, and the business takes measures to ensure the safety

and security of customers and employees. Direct and indirect competitors are

present in the area, but the business offers a unique combination of services that

sets it apart from other businesses. Geographically, the area experiences a

tropical climate, with temperatures ranging from 24 to 33 degrees Celsius. The

area is known for its picturesque views and natural beauty, making it an attractive

location for tourists and locals alike. Overall, the business is proud to be a part of

this vibrant community.

The Method

All-in-One Hub is a service-based business that employs online

advertising as a means of promoting their products. This advertising method is

preferred because the internet is an efficient way to disseminate information,

news, and messages, and most people are attracted to online advertisements

compared to word-of-mouth. This sets us apart from our competitors, particularly

the printing shops and digital photography stores in Lunsad, Binangonan, Rizal,

which mainly rely on word-of-mouth and tarpaulin displays for advertising.

Although there are some cafe shops that use online advertisements, they are

limited in number and do not pose a significant threat to our business.

The pricing strategy is based on cost analysis, and the proponents ensure

that it is reasonable and suitable for the Filipino budget, particularly for students'

allowances. Compared to the competitors, the prices are lower because the

proponents have found a supplier that provides quality products at a lower cost.

To express gratitude to the loyal customers, the proponents plan to give a

gift card as a token of appreciation. Additionally, the business will offer check

cards with ten slots, where each coffee purchase earns a check, and upon

completing ten checks, the customer can claim a free coffee, along with a free

2x2 picture or a free print (5x). This incentive program aims to motivate

customers to visit the store and complete their check cards, similar to what other

coffee shops offer.

Competitor

There are a few competitors near 124 Baltazar St., Brgy. Layunan,

Binangonan, Rizal that offer similar services to All-in-One Hub. There are printing

shops in the area that primarily use word of mouth and tarpaulins to advertise

their services, and there are also a few cafe shops that offer coffee and snacks.

However, none of the competitors in the immediate vicinity offer the full range of

services provided by All-in-One Hub, including digital photography and a study

place for customers. While the cafe shops may also use online advertising, they

are limited in number in the area, and are unlikely to have a significant impact on

All-in-One Hub's customer base. Despite the presence of competitors, All-in-One

Hub's unique combination of services and focus on customer satisfaction set it

apart from the competition in the area.

Demand Analysis

The survey is conducted in four different barangays, namely Layunan,

Libid, Libis, and Lunsad. The total population of each barangay was also

recorded to provide context for the survey results. A total of 50 respondents

participated in the survey, with varying numbers of respondents per barangay.

The survey aimed to determine the willingness of people to avail the

services offered by an All-in-One Hub, which provides printing, digital

photography, coffee and snacks, as well as a study place. Respondents were

asked if they were willing to avail the services offered by the All-in-One Hub.

Market Analysis

All-in-One Hub operates in the service industry, specifically providing

printing, digital photography, coffee and snacks, as well as a study place for

customers. In order to better understand its market, the following analysis is

conducted:

Market Size and Growth Potential:

 The demand for printing and photography services has been steady in recent

years, with an increasing number of people needing to print documents and

capture moments in digital formats. The coffee shop industry has also been
growing, with a particular focus on specialty coffee and unique dining

experiences.

 All-in-One Hub operates in the Lunsad area of Binangonan, Rizal, which has

a population of around 20,000 people. It is estimated that a portion of this

population, particularly students and young professionals, could potentially

become regular customers of the business.

Competitor Analysis:

 The primary competitors of All-in-One Hub in the local area include other

printing shops, digital photography services, and cafe shops. However, there

are few businesses that offer all of these services in one location, giving All-

in-One Hub a unique advantage in terms of convenience and variety of

offerings.

 All-in-One Hub can also differentiate itself by offering custom printing services

and loyalty programs to attract and retain customers.

Market Trends:

 There is a growing trend of customers seeking convenience and comfort

when accessing services, particularly in urban areas with high foot traffic.

 Customers are also increasingly interested in customization and unique

experiences, which All-in-One Hub can cater to by offering custom printing

services and a cozy study place ambiance.

Marketing and Promotion:

 All-in-One Hub can promote its services through online advertising and social

media platforms, given the prevalence of digital channels for reaching

customers.

 The business can also leverage word-of-mouth marketing by providing quality

services and ensuring customer satisfaction, leading to positive reviews and

recommendations to others.

The market analysis indicates that All-in-One Hub has the potential to

capture a niche market of customers seeking convenient and diversified services,

as well as personalized experiences. The business can leverage its unique

advantage of offering multiple services in one location to attract and retain

customers, while also promoting itself through digital channels and quality

service.

Marketing Program

A market program for All-in-One Hub could consist of various strategies to

attract and retain customers. One such approach could be targeted advertising

through social media and online advertising platforms to reach potential

customers in the local area. The advertising could highlight the convenience and

variety of services offered by the business. The business could also offer loyalty

programs, such as loyalty cards or rewards programs, to incentivize repeat

business and increase customer loyalty. Additionally, partnerships with local

businesses and organizations, such as nearby schools and offices, could be

formed to offer discounts or special promotions to their employees or members.

Other strategies could include offering promotions and specials during

slower times of the day, or for bulk printing orders. The business could also

promote the ability for customers to customize their printing orders, such as

creating personalized photo books or custom-designed business cards. Hosting

events such as study groups or photography workshops in the study area or

photography studio could also be an effective way to attract customers and

create a sense of community.

It is also essential to encourage customer feedback and reviews on social

media and review platforms to help build a positive reputation and attract new

customers. Overall, the market program should focus on emphasizing the

convenience, variety, and customization of services offered by All-in-One Hub,

while building relationships with the local community and incentivizing repeat

business through loyalty programs and promotions.

Advertising, Promotion, and Logo

All-in-One Hub provides printing, digital photography, coffee, and a study

place for people's comfort and convenience. To attract potential customers and

raise awareness about their business, they can use various advertising and

promotion strategies. Firstly, they can print flyers and distribute them in the local
area, highlighting the unique features of their business. Additionally, they can

advertise in the local newspaper, online classifieds, and community newsletters.

They can also partner with local schools, universities, and offices to promote their

services.

To further promote their business, All-in-One Hub can advertise on social

media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter using paid ads that target

the local community. Creating a website with detailed information about their

services, pricing, and location can also help attract potential customers.

In terms of promotion, they can offer a discount to students, teachers, and

office workers for their first visit. They can also host an opening event and invite

the local community to come and try their services for free. Partnering with local

businesses to offer cross-promotion discounts for their customers and offering a

loyalty program for frequent customers can also help in raising awareness and

attracting more customers.

Finally, they can encourage customers to leave reviews on their website

and social media pages and reward them with a discount on their next visit. By

using these advertising and promotion strategies, All-in-One Hub can effectively

reach out to potential customers and establish a strong presence in the local

beige color is often associated with simplicity, calmness, and reliability. The

rectangular shape of the logo is a classic design choice that conveys stability and

attract a wider range of customers and increase revenue streams.

 Convenience: Offering printing services, snacks, and drinks in one place can

make it more convenient for customers.

 Customization: Offering customized printing services can differentiate the

Weaknesses:

 Competing priorities: Managing multiple product offerings can lead to

 Specialization: The business may not be able to specialize in any of the three

areas if it is offering all three services, which may affect the quality of each

offering.

 Inventory management: Managing inventory for multiple products can be

challenging and lead to overstocking or stockouts.

Opportunities:

 Increasing demand: There may be an increasing demand for printing services

in the local area, which could create an opportunity to capture a larger market

share.

 Customization: Offering customized printing services could attract customers

who are looking for unique and personalized options.

Threats:

 Competition: There may be other businesses in the local area offering similar

products and services, which could affect the market share and profitability of

are the visionary entrepreneurs behind the All-in-One Hub. They came together

with a shared vision of creating a space that would offer a range of services to

percentage. In this case, Aiko Cruz, Ann Magno, Ryesha Nicole, Nicole Cerda,
