Dear Magis Media Team,

I would like to formally and sincerely express my gratitude for the amazing work your team
accomplished by donating a thousand copies of exercise books to the newly founded college’s
primary school. It depicts a perfect reflection of how much the team cares about the school
community.

The donation is impressive and show exceptional discipline and dedication to the entire school
community. Obviously, the team’s action would directly impact the primary school as they would
have surplus notebooks to use in this opening session.

I want the team to know that I value the amount of effort they have always put into their work, most
