The parties hereto are co-owners of a parcel of land with TAX DECLARATION NO. 16-07-0007-00055 named
under PEDRILLO BUNAC, more particularly described as follows:

The parties hereto being all of legal age, and with full capacity to contract , by these presents agree to
divide and adjudicate, as they hereby divide and adjudicate unto themselves the above-described

AS TO WAIVER OF RIGHTS AND DONATION

That We, ARLYN B. HUGHES , ARIEL L. BUNAC, JACQUELINE B. ANTOPINA, and


G E R M A N L . B U N A C , (hereinafter to referred as Donors) hereby WAIVED our rights, ownership,
interests and participation over the whole parcel of the land above-described in favor of LUCITA L. BUNAC,
( hereinafter to referred as the Donee)

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing and the terms and conditions
hereinafter set forth, the Parties hereby agree, as they have agreed, as follows:
GERMAN L. BUNAC

1. For and in consideration of the love and affection which the DONORS have for the DONEES, the
DONORS hereby transfer and convey, by way of donation unto the said DONEES, their heirs, assigns and
successors-in-interest, the Subject Properties together with all the improvements found thereon free from all liens
and encumbrances.

2. The DONORS affirms that this donation is not made with intent to defraud their creditors, and that
they have sufficient funds and property reserved for themselves and their obligations.

3. The DONEE hereby accept the donation of the aforesaid Subject Property, and expresses their

gratitude for the kindness and liberality of the DONORS.

4. The DONORS shall shoulder the Donor’s Tax and any and all taxes, cost and expenses that may
be incurred by virtue of this Deed to effect the transfer of the Subject Property into the respective names of the
parties.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands on this ______ day of
