“MY REFLECTION ON THE PERFORMANCES OF THE TEACHER

DEMONSTRATOR”

1. JOPANDA, LYN

 The 3 good points that I learned from Lyn’s demo teaching are she is well prepared, her

presentation is colorful and she had a clear and modulated voice. The 3 points that Lyn

needs to be improved for future teaching performance are she needs to gave more activities

to consume the 1 hour time, second she needs to expand or explain her lesson more and

third, she must gave a lot of drills and activities.

2. MAGONCIA, KENNETH DON

 The 3 good points that I learned from Kenneth’s demo teaching are he is so active that his

students could participates his lesson. Second his voice is clear and he explained his lesson

very well. Third he is so presentable. The 3 points that Kenneth needs to be improved for

future teaching performance are first, he mispronounce some words, second in some words

in his presentation needs to be in capital word and lastly he needs to familiarize the plural

terms in mathematical word.

3. MIPANGKAT, NORMINA

 The 3 good points that I learned from Normina’s demo teaching are she is so interactive,

second her presentation is beautiful and third she is so entertaining. The 3 points that

Normina needs to be improved for future teaching performance are her font in presentation,

second is she needs to adjust the spacing of her presentation and last she talks fast.
4. MODESTO, CRIZLE JOY

 The 3 good points that I learned from Crizle’s demo teaching are she has a determination

despite of the unstable connection. Second the font of her presentation is clear and visible.

Lastly she achieved the objectives that she presented. The 3 points that Crizle needs to be

improved for future teaching performance are her demo is she needs to check first if her load

is enough to avoid interruption in class. Second she needs to master her lesson because some

of her explanation in her lesson is like she’s not sure and lastly she needs to give more

activities.

5. MONDRIAL, EFRAEM

 The 3 good points that I learned from Efraem’s demo teaching are he has a clear and

modulated voice. Second he elaborates his lesson well and third his presentation is visible

that his students can read it properly. The 3 points that Efraem’s needs to be improved for

future teaching performance are the font of his some explanation is wrong he needs to

practice more. Second he needs talk slow and lastly he needs to practice good pronunciation/

grammar.
6. ORO, JECK

 The 3 good points that I learned from Jeck’s demo teaching are he has clear and modulated

voice. Second his presentation is colorful and can catch-up the attention of his learners and

third he is prepared and he explain his lesson very well. The point that Jeck needs to be

improved for future teaching performance for me is none because he is very

commendable.
