Magazine Plan - Contents page

On my contents page, I will be adding pictures all around the outside of the page with what I
will be adding in my magazine. There will be approximately 6 images on my contents page
surrounding the actual contents of the magazine, with the biggest one being Richard
Marshall who will be the interviewee for this issue of the magazine. The colour of the font
will be primrose and blue because they are the colours Warrington are.

Interviewee - Richard Marshall

Questions:

- You had an amazing season last year with the Academy, how good was it to work
with the younger generation?

- What has been your favourite memory so far being back at Warrington?

- It’s been a phenomenal season so far for the first team, and a lot of success has
come from your involvement, it must be a good feeling doing so well?

- What are your coaching aspirations going forward?

- You have been at St.Helens and Halifax before your second spell at Warrington, how
did you find your time, and how did it help your coaching?

- Finally, being a Warrington lad, how good is it at your hometown club, and seeing the
Wire fans being so happy this season?
 Magazine Plan - Regular article

The article that I will be choosing to write about will be a mid-season review about the first
half of the season. This article will consist of quotes from players and coaches, with also
fans to get their thoughts on the season so far. It will also include a short segment of the
games we have played so far, with an addition of fans’ thoughts on that game, which I will
put out on Twitter or Warrington Fans Forum to see if anyone would like to be included. It will
also have some pictures of the games included to add some photography onto the page.
There will also be a headline which is often a ‘Pull Quote’ and I will be using a quote from
Head Coach Daryl Powell where he mentions about the change in the club after last
season’s horrific season when saying ‘There has been a massive turnaround in this team
and it is a credit to the staff I work with.”

In this article, It will also mention the massive turnaround after last season where the team
finished 11th in their worst ever season since we started back in 1876 and were fighting in a
relegation battle. There will be a column with a certain fan at the end of the piece where they
can give their review of the season so far, and what are their aspirations going into the
second half of the season. This will be a very good piece to do because I can get quotes
from the head coach on his thoughts on the season so far, with also getting some of the fans
involved so they can have a voice on the season so far, with respect to the club.
