(BAKSO SINGKONG)

This is cassava meatballs. Cassava meatballs are made from cassava. The cassava is peeled and then boiled.
After boiling, the bone or cassava essence is removed and then the cassava flesh is taken. After that, the cassava
is rounded until it is shaped like a ball. Cassava meatballs use noodle soup.

how to cook it:

First, cassava is boiled until cooked and tender. It is cooked while stirring until thickened.

Then the sauce is made by boiling thick coconut milk with salt and pandan leaves while stirring until it boils.
Next, thickened with sago flour until bubbling. after that, the sauce is mixed with boiled cassava.

(Gowi Nitutu)

Gowi nitutu or mashed cassava is made from cassava too. The way to make it is the same as other cassava
foods. First cleaned or washed, then boiled then pounded using a wood hammer, then it steamed.

Sate singkong.

This is Cassava satay. cassava is boiled until cooked then shaped round. Next, after it is rounded, the cassava is
stabbed using a skewer after that, it is fried.

Kefe-kefe.

This is Kefe-kefe . kefe- kefe is made from mackerel fish. The fish is cleaned, and the fish spines are removed
until nothing remains. Then the fish meat is pounded, seasoned and steamed. After steaming, covered with
banana leaves and then it is smoked.

This is Lemet cassava. Lemet cassava is made from cassava.

The cassava is cleaned and then grated, and seasoned with grated coconut, salt and sugar. Then wrapped in
clean banana leaves, then steamed.
