Explanation of the process flow of the chosen business:

The BPMN process flow that I created is a process flow that I think happens within a fast-food restaurant. In the BPMN process flow that I created, there are two pools: the Customer
pool and the Fast-food restaurant pool. The customer pool is an outside pool that is an uncontrollable element in a business. The people that will fall into the Customer pool are the
customers of the fast-food restaurant. They will be the ones that will start the process flow. On the other hand, in the Fast-food restaurant pool, there are three lanes: Cashier, Cook,
and Dispatcher clerk. In the cashier lane, individuals within this lane are employees responsible for getting the orders of the individuals from the Customer pool, getting their payments,
generating receipts with order numbers, and passing the orders to the individuals in the Cook Lane. In the cook lane, individuals within this lane are employees that will be responsible
for cooking the foods being ordered and once the ordered foods are cooked, they will be put on the collection shelf where the dispatcher clerk will get the ordered foods. In the
dispatcher clerk lane, the last lane in the process, individuals within this lane will be the one responsible for preparing the food ordered, putting it in the bag, notifying customers within
the restaurant that an order is complete, checking if the order number in the customer's receipt match the order number of the order package, and handing out the package to the right
customer. Once the dispatcher clerk hands out the package to its owner, and once the owner of the package confirmed that all the contents within the bag are right, that is where the
process flow will end. The flow will start again once another customer from the customer pool starts the process again by ordering.
