louis BBQ sauce: 2 cups ketchup, 0,5 cup water, 0,33 cup apple cider vinegar,
0,33 cup brown sugar, 2 spoons yellow mustard, 1 spoon onion powder, 1 spoon garlic
powder, 0,5 teaspoon cayenne, 0,25 teaspoon salt
combine all while cooking over low heat in saucepan, simmer for 20 minutes, remove
the sauce and let it cool

Kansas city BBQ sauce: 300ml ketchup, 240 ml water, 80ml cider vinegar, 60ml cup
dark brown sugar, 2 spoons molasses, 1 spoon onion powder, 1 spoon garlic powder, 1
spoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon celery salt, 1 teaspoon allspice, 1 teaspoon cayenne
combine all cooking at medium heat in saucepan, stir. reduce heat to low and simmer
for 20 minutes stirring. remove the sauce and let it cool

Chinese BBQ sauce: 0,5 cup sherry, 0,66 cup hoisin sauce, 0,66 cup soy sauce, 0,5
cup sugar, 4 cloves garlic (minced), 2 teaspoons black bean paste, 1,5 teaspoon
chinese five spice powder, 1 teaspoon salt
combine all in double boiler, mix and simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes, cool
for 5 to 10 minutes
