    DESIGN CONCEPT
    This design aims to provide re-planning and re-designing alternatives for
    the EVSU president's office renovation and expansion, as well as the EVSU
    executive house function room renovation and update. It reflects proper
    space programming among interior spaces by re-orienting critical sub-
    spaces within the building that optimizes the zones with precise style
    conforming to the end user's needs. The design is matched with
    complementary interior finishes that will aesthetically enhance the interior
    of the building. Noise reduction methods are also included in the design.
