and necklaces).  It will, however, accept the
wearing of one stud in each earlobe but will not
accept responsibility for it when it must be
removed for sport.  

65. Students are expected to behave at all times


so that they bring credit upon the school.

personal items lost at school.

67. Students are not allowed to ride, or bring,


skateboards or scooters to school.

125. Respect for one’s peers and for adults is an


absolute rule: no violent gestures and no
aggressive words can be tolerated.

classes and group activities is French.

128. The Director reserves the right to make an
appointment with the parents of Primary students
who have had 5 tardies.

129. For Secondary students, these must attend a


1-hour detention on Wednesday afternoon at the
3rd tardy.

130. Parents must notify the school on the same


day if their child is absent.

131. Each student must ensure that he has the


required equipment for the course.

132. Appropriate clothing is required for physical


education activities.

133. The parent-teacher communication booklet


must be permanently kept in the student’s
backpack.

buildings during class periods

136. Any phone used on premises will be
confiscated for 3 days and handed back to the
parents on the 4th day.

137. Parents of junior pupils are responsible for

sanctions: Detentions, Suspensions, Confiscations
and Exclusions

accompanied adult

218. Students are permitted to talk quietly, but if


the cafeteria becomes loud then students will no
longer have the privilege to talk and will have to
eat in silence.

219. When finished with lunch you are required to


clean up your plate and cutlery and the wipe your
table down

permitted for them

up quickly and quietly

talking to anyone around you or turning around to
communicate with anyone around you

227. Absences from school must be permitted by


the principal and must be proven by a
parent/gradian

228. Students are expected to be in school by 7:00


a.m. All Form Teachers will then mark attendance

229. Student must wear the prescribed school


uniform and any modification is strictly not
allowed except to alter the length of the skirt and
trousers

230. Boys are expected to wear white shirts and


green, grey or black trousers

231. Girls are expected to wear white blouses and


green, grey or black skirts and the skirts must be
knee length

232. Hair must be neat and tidy at all times


233. Boys must be neat in appearance and clean-
shaven at all times

234. Boys hair must not touch the collar and must
be sloped at the sides and rear and fringes must
be above the eyebrows

235. Girl’s hair must be neatly tied back in a


ponytail or braids

237. If given class responsibilities they must


commit and follow the rules of their roles

238. Year 12 and 13 students are expected to come


to school in neat, clean and simple clothes. They
must not wear inappropriate clothing.

239. All male year 12 and 13 students are expected


to wear pants and collared shirts or slack shirts. T-
shirts are not allowed.
240. All female year 12 and 13 students are
expected to wear professional skirts or pants, and
smart shirts of blouses.

241. Students should be regular and punctual in


attending the classes and all activities connected
with the college.

242. Students are not allowed to enter the


classroom or leave the class room during class
hours without the permission of the teacher or the
principal.

243. When the member of staff or principal enter


the room students are expected to stand up and
acknowledge their presence. And they may only be
seated once the member of staff or teachers
instructs them to do so

244. Strict silence should be maintained during


class hours in the Classrooms, Library, Laboratory,
Examination halls and in the school premises.

245. Students are expected to take care of the


school property and help in keeping the premises
neat and clean. Disfiguring of walls, doors, or
breaking the furniture is a breach of discipline and
will not be tolerated.

246. Students are strictly forbidden from receiving


personal phone calls and text messages while on
the school premises.

247. Monthly tests and model examinations are


part on the curriculum and students should be
sincere in taking these tests. They should not
indulge in any king of malpractice during
examinations or tests.

248. Ragging in any form inside or outside the


school campus and hostel behaviour is banned.
Year 12 and 13 students found indulging in
ragging junior students will be dismissed from the
institution.

249. According to guidelines provided by U.G.C


and the school, students found guilty of
participation or abetment in ragging will be
subject to severe punishment ranging from
cancellation of admission to a bunch of
punishments, a fine for older students and
continuous punishment.
250. Students must abide by the rules and
regulations in force as well as other rules
prescribed by the school from time to time. Thus,
in the interest of the student, strict discipline has
become has become the watch word of the school.

251. Every students on their first, second and third


year have to participate in Physical Education and
all Activities

252. No students will be exempt from Physical


Education classes except for medical reasons and if
a medical note is shown.

253. Students and staff when making entry should


put their names in the book and make themselves
acknowledged to the librarian

254. No students will be allowed to absent


himself/or herself from school without prior
permission from staff concerned and the Principal

255. Students should earn at least 75% of


attendance to appear for school exams.

passing time, and there should be no loitering in
