    Twin live intrauterine pregnancy seen
    Twin A in cephalic presentation twin B in breech presentation.
    Fetal heart rate for twin A is 149bpm and for twin B is 153bpm
    The placenta for both twins is anterior (monochrionic).
    Amniotic fluid is adequate for gestation (monoamniotic).
    No gross fetal anomaly seen
    Fetal weight for twin A is estimated at 152g and for twin B is 152g
