WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY CONRACT

CONTRACT

1. It is understood that STUDIO NAME/PHOTOGRAPHER NAME is the exclusive official Photographer

retained to perform the photographic services requested on this Contract.

2. STUDIO NAME/PHOTOGRAPHER NAME may substitute another Photographer to take the photographs in
the case of illness or of scheduling conflicts. In the events of such substitution, STUDIO
NAME/PHOTOGRAPHER NAME warrants that the Photographer taking the photographs shall be a
competent professional. At weddings or other events STUDIO NAME/PHOTOGRAPHER NAME can use
the images in any way on social media.

3. No part of any order, including previews, will be delivered until the balance is paid in full. When final data is
ready client has up to 90 days to request any changes or ask for editing. Client has up to 6months to request
pictures prints, album etc. After that we have the right not to provide. After 3 months STUDIO
NAME/PHOTOGRAPHER NAME is not responsible for original raw footage (photo).

4. STUDIO NAME/PHOTOGRAPHER NAME has the nonexclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, and worldwide
rights to use, to crop, to modify, if necessary, to reproduce, and to distribute the photograph, hereinafter
referred to as the photograph, as described, in print and in all other formats, methods, and technologies of
distribution of any kind, now known or later developed.

5. Negatives, digital files, and previews remain the exclusive property of STUDIO NAME/ PHOTOGRAPHER
NAME.

6. Upon signature, STUDIO NAME/PHOTOGRAPHER NAME shall reserve the time and date agreed upon.
With a 50% of the original fee of service paid as a retainer deposit

7. If STUDIO NAME/PHOTOGRAPHER NAME cannot perform this contract due to fire or other casualty,
strike, or any other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to Photographer’s illness or emergency,
then the Photographer shall return the retainers/deposits minus charges of services that may have been
rendered (Pre-wedding sessions, Portraits, etc) to the client but shall have no further liability with respect to
the Contract. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged
in processing, lost through camera or media malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged
without fault on the part of the Photographer. In the event that STUDIO NAME/PHOTOGRAPHER NAME
fails to perform for any other reason, STUDIO NAME/PHOTOGRAPHER NAME shall not be liable for any
amount in excess of the retail value of the Client’s order.

8. Client understands that the final number of delivered images is dependent on Photographer’s discretion and
that any unsuitable images (blurry, doubles, under/over exposed) will be permanently discarded.

9. The charges in the Contract are based on STUDIO NAME/PHOTOGRAPHER NAME Package and Price
List. This price list is adjusted periodically and future orders shall be charged at the prices in effect at the time
when the order is placed. Full payment of the services shall be submitted BEFORE/AFTER one week of the
event/weeding day and in case of delay additional late fee will be charged at 0.5% of the full fee per day.

10. NOTICE OF COPYRIGHT: It is ILLEGAL to modify, copy, or reproduce these photographs without
STUDIO NAME/PHOTOGRAPHER NAME permission and violators of this, Laws shall be subjected to its
civil and criminal penalties.

11. This Contract incorporates the entire understanding of the parties. Any modification of this Contract must be
in writing and signed by both parties.
