1. It is understood that Ryan Wilson Media is the exclusive Videographer retained by the client to cover each event. Any conicts with other photographic and/or video coverage contracts and any notications necessary to avoid such conicts are the sole responsibility of the client. 2. Client assumes all responsibilities for obtaining any necessary permission, clearance permits, etc., which may be required for Ryan Wilson Media to videotape each event, public or private. 3. Client assumes all responsibility for obtaining and retaining permission for access to any requested camera positions and is solely responsible for the quality of the nal production resulting from the use of, or inability to use, such camera positions. The client warrants that he/she has the legal rights to anything Ryan Wilson Media will videotape. 4. Ryan Wilson Media reserves the right to use videos for display, advertising or other purposes. All video masters and raw footage remain the exclusive property of Ryan Wilson Media. 5. The client reserves the right to terminate the contract for any reason at any time up to the date of the event. Should the client terminate the contract, all money paid less the deposit will be refunded. 6. The client hereby grants full editorial and production control to Ryan Wilson Media regarding all aspects of the production and post-production services for the event. 7. In the event a particular segment of the event is either not recorded, partially recorded, or not a part of the edited video, it is at the sole discretion of Ryan Wilson Media as the exclusive producer of the event video recording. Changes requested to the nal video after delivery to client may incur a small fee for time spent and shipping. Changes must be requested within 2 months of delivery. 8. If Ryan Wilson Media fails to comply with the terms of this agreement due to any event or at beyond the control of Ryan Wilson Media, including but not limited to illness, accident, labor disputes, catastrophes, or uncontrollable and unforeseeable equipment failure, Ryan Wilson Medias liability is limited only to a refund of all monies received. 9. Ryan Wilson Media produces DVDs using the most compatible media for set top players (DVD-R). Ryan Wilson Media is not responsible for incompatibility with the DVDs created and the clients player.

Wedding Videography Package includes: Coverage of wedding day from preparation to up to 20 minutes after formal reception events end and open dancing has started (or later if requested). Edited highlight video consisting of footage shot on wedding day on 3 DVD or Blu-ray discs in customized cases. A high-denition version of the highlight video will be available online to share. Discs will be delivered within 3 months of wedding date. Extra copies available if requested for $5/disc. Raw or extra footage of ceremony and reception toasts if requested on DVD or drive. Notes:
