I want to complain about the product I ordered. the product that I ordered through this
account on May 10th, turned out to be expired. This product is no longer fit to eat
because it is moldy and smells bad.
I don't understand how a reputable shop like yours could send customers expired
products. I don't think you did it intentionally, but I am quite disappointed about your
quality control
i would like to request a refund according to how much i paid. I hope the quality
control team is more careful before packing and sending the product. so something
like this won't happen again
