JAWABAN SOAL NOMOR 2

Untuk pertanyaan nomor 2 diatas saya masih kurang jelas, tapi menurut analisa saya 3
kesalahan dalam penulisan surat di atas adalah :
1. Penulisan “Thank u” seharusnya ditulis menjadi “Thank you” agar surat terlihat lebih
formal.
2. Penulisan tanggal pada surat balasan “4 july” seharusnya dituliskan “4 Juli 2021”,
sehingga pembaca bisa lebih memahami tanggal yang dimaksud dan untuk penamaan
bulan seharusnya ditulis dengan huruf kapital.
3. Penulisan “prices n terms satisfactory” seharusnya ditulis menjadi “price and terms
satisfactory” agar surat terlihat lebih formal.

Dear Sirs,

The biscuits I ordered on October 28, 2022 I received this morning on November 1, 2022.

Unfortunately, when I opened the biscuit, there was a bad smell, then I looked at the bottom
of the can and showed that the biscuit had expired.

This is the second time in 3 weeks I have reason to write to you about the same problem. We
find it difficult to understand why precautions cannot be taken to prevent the recurrence of
previous mistakes.

Given the current condition of the biscuits, we request that you replace them with new
biscuits. If you agree, then I will send back the old biscuit. But if you don't agree I ask for
my money back to keep the good name of your shop.
