1. How would you explain the difference between memo and email?
Answer :
A memo is the short name for memorandum. In contrast, email is a short form
for Electronic name. Emails are generally used both within an organization and
outside an organization, when the subject is relatively informal and routine.
Memos are used only for communication within an organization, especially when
the subject is more formal, non-routine, and more serious than what you'd write
in an email.

2. Imagine you are working in another city/overseas. Write an email to one of your
family members stating how you are and that your contract almost ends so you will
be back home soon.

Answer :
Dear Sekar,

It's been five years since I worked in Taiwan. How are you there? I miss our
times together. How about you? Do you miss me too?

Hope you are well and stay healthy always. After working for three years, my
contract will expire in nine months of next year. I will return to Indonesia and
meet you and gather with family in Indonesia. I hope I can hear from you soon.

Yours with confident

Tari
