In order to understand the nature of team work one first need appreciate the definition of a team.
A team is a group of people who come together and are committed to work towards achieving a
common goal.

Factors used to select a Team


The selection of a team is one of the most crucial tasks for successfully applying teamwork
within a department. Hence, the following factors should be considered:
