I-DIRECTIONS:

Discuss each item (10 points each)

1. The influenced of a good teacher can never be erased. Cite 5 examples.

*Teacher provide guidance to students of all types.Teachers are able to see each child’s strengths and
weaknesses and can provide assistance and guidance to either get them up to speed or push them
higher.

*They will help to reveal student’s best skills and teach valuable life skills as well, such as
communication, compassion, presentation, organization, following directions, and more.

* They are also a source of inspiration and motivation. Teachers inspire students to do well, and
motivate them to work hard and keep their academic goals on track.

* Teachers do what they do because they want to help others. They are not teaching for recognition or a
paycheck but because they have a passion for youth and education. Teachers typically believe in the
power of education and the importance of providing children with good role models and are teaching
because of that belief. They are dedicated to the cause.

* Teachers don’t stop working when the school bell rings. They are grading papers, making lessons, and
communicating with parents after school and on weekends. Most teachers arrive earlier than school
starts to set up their day and provide extra assistance to struggling students.

2. Education is the key to success .Prove

I believe education is the most important tool you can receive, that can bring you most success in
society today. Education lessens the challenges you will face in life. The more knowledge you gain the
more opportunities will open up to allow individuals to achieve better possibilities in career and
personal growth. Education has played an important role in the career world of the twenty-first century.
A person with a higher education will be easily qualified compared to a person without an extended
education; as one will be prepared to do various tasks that careers demand as well as meet job
standards.

I also believe education is important because it helps us develop a unique perspective of looking at life.
Education has played a major role for all individuals in the society. It has allowed the community to
succeed both socially and economically by enabling it to develop common culture and values. Education
is the reason our world is the way it is today, doctors have been close to finding cures for cancer
because of a higher education; our technology has been enriched compared to the 19th century all
because of education.

If the importance of education is not recognized, then someday education will become less relevant.
Education serves to unite and strengthen our country. Without education people would not be able to
distinguish right from wrong. If this should happen, then our society will find itself at a large
disadvantage compared to other countries. “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use
to change the world” once said by a wise man name Nelson Mandela, and that is why I strongly agree
why education is important.

3. The honor of a Teacher should be maintained? How ?

1. Do the right thing

As an educator, you will often be caught in a situation that challenges your patience, your good will, or
your belief in what you are doing as a teacher.

We all want to do the right thing, but sadly, many teachers fall victim to a power complex with the lure
of climbing the leadership ladder on the horizon. Prevent yourself by getting caught up with the power
and political issues within your school, and check that you are doing the right thing. Critically explore the
new strategies and fads that come around, remembering the impact this could have on your students.
Remove yourself from situations where colleagues are being ‘thrown under the bus’, and do the right
thing for them rather than being sucked into lies, deception and misinterpretations.

2. Believe in all your students

It might be a challenge facing that group of Year 9’s on a wet Wednesday afternoon, but each student in
that space is unique, gifted, and (despite what they are displaying) wanting to succeed. They all have
their own little quirks and characteristics, so look for the good nature in each and every one of them. By
being genuine and enthusiastic about your subject, and being genuine to them will gain their respect
along with engaging in your teaching as you guide them to achieve to their potential.

3. Take responsibility

Being trustworthy, being honest, and being authentic are key traits of true professional integrity, but
also accepting your own mistakes without passing the blame to others takes courage within itself. It’s
not always easy to take responsibility for things that happen, but it is the right thing to do. People with
strong professional integrity choose to do the right thing, even when it’s hard. Taking responsibility is
not a cue to beat yourself up when things don’t go right, but should be viewed as an opportunity to
learn from the experience to allow personal growth.
