    The chairman is the technical director of a company. This position leads the board of directors with
    responsibility for governing the organization. Not only that, a chairman is also tasked with being a
    deputy manager, establishing good communication with the CEO and senior executives, and making
    policies for the company. Not to forget, the chairman must also be able to maintain the integrity of the
    company he leads.
