IN GENERAL, CEOs ARE OVERPAID

Chief Executive Officer (CEOs) is one of the highest positions in a company. Companies must have
a CEOs to assist in the development of a company. Behind his high position, the CEOs has responsibility,
one of which is to lead the company as well as possible so that it becomes more advanced. So the CEOs
must continue search for information about what strategy a company should carry out in developing the
company. So do not wonder if the CEOs is often highly paid in a company and most exposed because the
responsibility is so big for a company. As discussed in the previous paragraph, the CEOs deserves to be
paid more because,

firstly, he has the responsibility to develop the company related to the success of the company.
Without a CEO to think about the job prospects of a company, it will be difficult for the company to
develop. So do no wonder that even small companies have a CEOs to assist in analyzing market growth or
development.

Second, a CEOs deserves to overpaid is because of their job in a company. Without a CEOs in company it
will be difficult to analyze data that occurs in a increase. Another reason a CEOs deserves to get overpaid
is because their important job is to think about the long-term and short-term future of the company. In
other words, the success of a company in the decisions taken by a CEOs.

Third, increase growth and increase company profits. One of the big responsibilities for the CEOs
is to think about how the company that they lead can get benefit . Of course, to increase the big profits,
everyone have responsibilty in it. so that those who are fully responsible for thinking of ways or techniques
to get profits are CEOs. Therefore a CEOs must have a strategic plan in carrying out their responsibilities.

However, not all of them agree to pay the CEO more because for them the job of the CEO is not
hard. Because for them the hard job is to do it in directly. Apart from agreeing to the CEO's excess salary,
in my opinion this is a natural thing because the responsibilities carried out must be proportional to the
salary received. In addition, the company must consider the payment the CEO will accept to be balanced
or follow the company's cycle. Of course, also adapted

the performance capacity of a CEO.

In summary, Overpaid CEO its equitable thing. This is because the responsibility and task of a CEO
in a company is very big. The CEO's helping the development of a company. In addition to the
responsibilities of a CEO, there are also task that they must carry out. So overpaid for CEOs is a worthyt.
