WHAT YOU NEED TO SEND BACK TO US
Please ensure you return the following files to us by email to fba@eedistribution.com exactly as described below:

• The .csv spreadsheet we sent you with columns O (FBA Shipment ID) and P (FBA Shipment Box #) filled out for every single Box Number
(column E) listed in the spreadsheet. See pages 12 - 14 for instructions on how to complete the .csv spreadsheet.
Do not save any information to any cells besides what you enter in columns O and P.
Please save the completed spreadsheet as a Comma Separated Values file (.csv), the same file format as you received it.
▪ Please do not send it back to us saved as an Excel Worksheet file (.xlsx).
▪ Please do not send us a link to a Google doc spreadsheet.
If you choose to rename the file, please ensure the full EED order number is included in the .csv file name. The file will already
include the full EED order number and date in the file name when you receive it.

• The FBA box ID labels, shipping carrier labels, and pallet ID labels (if shipping FBA LTL) as PDF files you generate in Amazon Seller Central in
format 8.5” x 5.5” US Letter.
Please rename these PDF files so they include the full EED order number in the file name (see page 11). The file name will already
include the FBA Shipment ID when you generate it in Amazon Seller Central.

PLEASE NOTE
You have 7 business days from the original notification an EED FBA order is ready to provide us a completed spreadsheet and
labels. Unless you have reached out to fba@eedistribution.com with a reason and request for an extension, after 7 days we will
change the prepared EED order from FBA to domestic Ground and send it to the ship-to address on file for your account with
shipping charges added to the order. If the prepared order is palletized, we will begin adding warehouse storage fees to the order.
We will send you automated reminder emails every two days after the original notification until or unless labels are provided, or
you arrange for an extension approved by EED management.

EED FBA SERVICE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SEND TO AMAZON WORKFLOW
For this instructional document, we will use a sample EED FBA order 18675309E001. Here is what the .csv spreadsheet looks like for the newly
packed one box shipment to Amazon FBA for order 18675309E001 containing 6 units of EED SKU FU56024:

Step 1: Choose inventory to send

When in Step 1 of Send to Amazon, please list the Ship from as Entertainment Earth, 61 Moreland Rd., Simi Valley, CA, 93065, US. Always choose
United States for Marketplace destination. For shipments to third-party fulfillment warehouses like Amazon FBA, we will only send to domestic
(United States) locations. Choose only the SKUs that are listed in the .csv spreadsheet you were sent for the prepared EED order (column J):

Sample screen shot from inside Seller Central – your view may be different

Last Revised 9/26/2022 4

Please never combine multiple separately prepared EED orders into the same FBA shipment, i.e., you should be doing this Seller Central Send to
Amazon process for only one .csv spreadsheet at a time.

For Packing details, in the drop-down choices, please make sure that you are choosing Create new case pack template for each SKU. Please do
not choose Individual units:

Sample screen shot from inside Seller Central – your view may be different

When entering Packing details for the new case pack template:
• Always ensure Units per box entered for the SKU in the FBA shipment matches the Qty entry (column K) for the EED SKU in the .csv
spreadsheet you are provided for the prepared EED order.
• Box dimensions (inch) entered for the SKU matches the entries for Length (column G), Width (column H), and Height (column I) for the
boxes containing the SKU in the .csv spreadsheet you are provided for the prepared EED order.
• Box weight (lb) entered for the SKU matches the entry for Weight (column F) for the boxes containing the SKU in the .csv spreadsheet you
are provided for the prepared EED order.
• Always select By Amazon for Who preps units? and Who labels units? Please note, currently we do not offer individual item prep. We
receive, pick, pack (consolidate), and ship sealed factory master and inner cases for all wholesale orders, including our EED FBA service. We
do not open the cases to label, bubble-wrap, or poly-bag individual items for wholesale orders, including those shipping to Amazon FBA.

For sample order 18675309E001:

Sample screen shot from inside Seller Central – your view may be different

Last Revised 9/26/2022 6

After completing the Packing details and saving the case pack template, always ensure in the Quantity to send column:
• the quantity of boxes entered for the SKU matches the total number of boxes packed for the EED SKU in the .csv spreadsheet you are
provided for the prepared EED order.
• the units entered for the SKU matches the total number of units for the EED SKU in the .csv spreadsheet you are provided for the prepared
EED order.

For sample order 18675309E001, as seen in the .csv spreadsheet, there is a total of only one box of 6 units prepared for the sole EED SKU in the
shipment:

So, in Quantity to send it will be 1 Boxes = 6 Units:

Last Revised 9/26/2022 7

Step 2: Confirm shipping

1. Enter the Ship date as the next business day (M-F) from the day you are creating the FBA shipment and labels in Seller Central.
2. Unless you have enough boxes to fill a pallet, always choose small parcel delivery (SPD). Seller Central will indicate here when a pallet is a
viable possibility based on the box count you entered. For sample order 18675309E001, there is only one prepared shipping box, so SPD is the
correct choice.

Sample screen shot from inside Seller Central – your view may be different

Last Revised 9/26/2022 8

Always select the Amazon partnered carrier option for SPD and then Accept charges and confirm shipping:

Last Revised 9/26/2022 9

Step 3: Print box labels

1. Please choose 8.5” X 5.5” (US Letter) for the label format. We will ultimately print all box labels onto 4” x 6” thermal labels, but our system
needs to process the PDF files in the 8.5” x 5.5” US Letter format before printing.
2. Click the Print button, and Seller Central will automatically create the labels in PDF format for you to download. You will send this PDF label file
to us.

Sample screen shot from inside Seller Central – your view may be different

Last Revised 9/26/2022 10

Each shipping box of an SPD FBA shipment has two separate labels, an FBA box ID label and the Amazon partnered carrier shipping label. If you
print the labels in 8.5” x 5.5” US Letter format, when this PDF file is opened you will see one/each page containing the label pair for a single
shipping box. Below is how the page looks for FBA shipment FBA16CYMXZZE from sample order 18675309E001. This label file is only one page since
there is only one shipping box for FBA16CYMXZZE (Box 1 of 1). You will print a separate PDF label file for each unique FBA Shipment.

PLEASE NOTE
Amazon will automatically name the PDF label file
as “package-“and the FBA Shipment ID. Before
you send this PDF file to us, please rename it by
replacing the word “package” with the complete
EED order number from the .csv spreadsheet.

For the sample order 18675309E001, the PDF

label file would be generated as

package-FBA16CYMXZZE.pdf

and would be renamed as

18675309E001-FBA16CYMXZZE.pdf

before emailing it along with the completed .csv

spreadsheet for 18675309E001 to
fba@eedistribution.com.

Last Revised 9/26/2022 11

COMPLETING THE .CSV SPREADSHEET
Along with the PDF labels file, you will send us the completed .csv spreadsheet. Specifically, we need you to fill in columns O (FBA SHIPMENT ID)
and P (FBA SHIPMENT BOX #) for every prepared box in the .csv spreadsheet:

You will find the FBA SHIPMENT ID for the shipment for which you just printed box labels listed in the confirmed shipments section:

Sample screen shot from inside Seller Central – your view may be different

For the sample order 18675309E001, the Shipment ID FBA16CYMXZZE would be entered in column O. Since FBA16CYMXZZE is a 1 box shipment,
the number 1 would be entered in column P:

ADDITIONAL EXAMPLES OF COMPLETED .CSV SPREADSHEETS

Assume sample order 18675309E001 is three different EED SKUs packed as depicted in the following .csv spreadsheet:

EXAMPLE 1
If Amazon creates a single FBA Shipment FBA16CYMXZZE for all three boxes (“1 confirmed shipments”), we expect one single PDF label file emailed
to fba@eedistribution.com along with the .csv spreadsheet completed like the pictured example below:

Note: FBA Shipment Box # 1 (column P) does not necessarily need to be Box Number 1 (column E) as it is depicted in the Example 1, likewise for
boxes 2 and 3. However, what must be the case for this scenario is no repeated or skipped numbers 1 through 3 for the FBA Shipment Box # entries
in column P.

EXAMPLE 2
If Amazon creates two FBA Shipments for the three boxes – one FBA Shipment FBA16CYMXZZE of two boxes, the other FBA Shipment
FBA24BKPRLRT for a single box (“2 confirmed shipments”) – we expect two separate PDF label files emailed to fba@eedistribution.com along with
the .csv spreadsheet completed like the pictured example below:

Last Revised 9/26/2022 13

Note: The Box Numbers (column E) assigned to FBA Shipments FBA16CYMXZZE (two boxes) and FBA24BKPRLRT (one box) could be different than
Example 2. However, what must be the case for this scenario is each FBA Shipment has an FBA Shipment Box # of 1 and the FBA Shipment with
multiple boxes does not have any repeated or skipped numbers for its FBA Shipment Box # entries.

EXAMPLE 3
If Amazon creates three FBA Shipments for the three boxes, i.e., each box is a separate FBA Shipment – FBA16CYMXZZE, FBA24BKPRLRT, and
FBA49SRTXVGO (“3 confirmed shipments”) – we expect three separate label PDF files emailed to fba@eedistribution.com along with the .csv
spreadsheet completed as pictured below:

Note: The Box Numbers (column E) assigned to the three FBA Shipments FBA16CYMXZZE, FBA24BKPRLRT, and FBA49SRTXVGO (one box each)
could be different than Example 3. However, what must be the case for this scenario is each FBA Shipment has an FBA Shipment Box # of 1.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

How do you pack FBA shipments?

We always consolidate EED SPD orders whenever possible during shipment preparation. Our goal is to minimize your FBA shipping cost by
minimizing the number of separate boxes shipping to Amazon. However, we do have three constraints on consolidation specifically for FBA
informed by our wholesale policies and FBA workflow needs, plus Amazon’s inbound shipment requirements:
• only one EED SKU per shipping box.
• no shipping box edge longer than 25” and/or more than 150 units per box and/or box weight over 50 lbs. to avoid Amazon oversized
charges.
• if multiple consolidated shipping boxes are created for the same EED SKU, all these shipping boxes must have an identical Units per Case.

If you are concerned about Amazon creating multiple FBA shipments from a single prepared EED order, we suggest you consider utilizing Amazon’s
fee-based Inventory Placement Service. Please consult the relevant details in Amazon Seller Central for complete information and restrictions
regarding this Amazon service.

If Amazon is charging me directly for shipping, what is the EED FBA Service fee for?
By utilizing the Amazon partnered carrier, Amazon will charge you for the shipping costs. The EED FBA Service fees cover services unique to EED
FBA and not offered for standard EED wholesale orders/shipments:
• Special consolidation packing and multi-label shipping box labeling as described in the preceding pages of this document.
• Assistance for ungating and item listing (see page 18).
• New crush-test certified shipping boxes with entirely blank branding-free exteriors. This provides items durable protection in transit and
avoids Amazon fees for manufacturer or other barcodes appearing on shipping boxes and interfering with Amazon receiving scans.
• Same business day processing once we have your FBA Box ID and Amazon partnered carrier shipping labels (limited based on time-of-day
labels are submitted to fba@eedistribution.com).
• Item condition guarantees for any Amazon refusals or returns (not related to damages caused in transit by the Amazon-Partnered Carrier).

I want one (or more) of my items sent directly to me and not to Amazon. What do I do?
Please enter FBA2CLIENT as the FBA Shipment ID in column O for all box numbers (column E) you want sent to you instead of Amazon. Please
number sequentially all FBA2CLIENT boxes in column P (FBA Shipment Box #). The highest FBA2CLIENT box number in column P should equal the
total number of boxes being shipped to you. We will ship to the address on file for your EED account and charge you the shipping cost. Due to
vendor restrictions, this may only be a U.S. or Canada address. A refund of any or all related EED FBA service fees requires EED management
approval.

I need to cancel one (or more) of my items because Amazon will not accept it. What do I do?
On-Demand Item Cancellations are limited to 10% of the total shipment cost and subject to review. If cancellations exceed 10%, our standard
cancellation policies apply unless waived via management approval. Please email fba@eedistribution.com to notify us of your request and reason
for cancelling an item(s). We will notify your EED sales representative and management. If the cancellation is approved, please enter FBA2CANCEL
as the FBA Shipment ID in column O for all box numbers (column E) you want cancelled. Please number sequentially all FBA2CANCEL boxes in
column P (FBA Shipment Box #). The highest FBA2CANCEL box number in column P should equal the total number of boxes you want cancelled. A
refund of any or all related EED FBA service fees requires EED management approval.

I want to ship my EED order to a different third-party fulfillment warehouse than Amazon. May I use this EED service?
Yes. We have EED clients successfully utilizing this service to ship orders to Walmart Fulfillment Service warehouses (WFS), as well as other third-
party fulfillment warehouses (e.g., Deliverr). Please note, regardless of the third-party fulfillment service being utilized, like FBA, we will only ship
to domestic U.S. warehouses, and you will be responsible for providing us the shipping labels and any other box labels required by the receiving
warehouse. Please contact fba@eedistribution.com for specific instructions on how to adapt the EED FBA Service requirements and instructions to
your chosen fulfillment service.

May I ship my FBA order as LTL?
For large FBA shipments you want to ship on a pallet(s) to Amazon, please select the shipping method less than truckload (LTL). For ease of use
and economical shipping rates, we recommend you utilize the Amazon partnered carrier for LTL. However, unlike SPD, we do not require you to
use the Amazon partnered carrier for LTL. PLEASE NOTE -- if you elect to use a non-partnered LTL carrier, it is solely your responsibility to choose
the carrier and arrange directly with them to pick up from our facility. Your carrier must contact us to schedule a pickup at least one business day
in advance of the pickup and provide us a Bill of Lading (BOL) prior to arrival. For Amazon partnered carriers, Amazon will email you a BOL for the
shipment. Please forward this to us as soon as possible, as we will not release any freight shipment without a proper BOL.

When working an FBA LTL shipment in Seller Central, you will first create the FBA box ID labels for the shipment. Please email this .pdf file to
fba@eedistribution.com saved with the naming format described on page 11. Once we have completed labeling the shipment boxes with these
labels and built the pallet(s), we will email you the final pallet quantity, dimensions, and weights that you will provide Amazon for the FBA LTL
shipment. Per Amazon policy, we will not mix multiple FBA shipments on the same pallet(s) and will limit pallets to a maximum height of 72” tall.
Please always denote all pallets as not stackable. After you have clicked Confirm carrier and pallet information, you will create FBA pallet ID labels.
Please email the pallet ID labels .pdf file to us just as you did the FBA box ID labels, adding the words PALLET LABELS to the file name.

When scheduling the LTL FBA shipment pickup from our facility, please provide the same address entered for the ship-from address -
Entertainment Earth, 61 Moreland Rd., Simi Valley, CA, 93065, US. Pickup hours are Monday through Friday, 9am-3pm. There is no appointment
necessary. Please check with the us regarding closures or limited hours for any holidays.

Amazon allows you to list a contact person at the facility where the LTL pickup is to occur. Please list EEDFBA (first name) TEAM (last name) as
contact person with email fba@eedistribution.com and phone 818-255-0090. This will result in all LTL carrier routing updates and BOLs also being
emailed to us directly.

I am working to get ungated and/or list an item. Can you help?
If you are seeking an invoice for Amazon, you can find and print all invoices for your orders with EED by accessing your online account at
eedistribution.com:
1. Sign in by entering your EED client account number and your password.
2. Click the Your Account icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
3. Click Order Number.
4. Click Printer Friendly Version.
5. Save as PDF.

You may need to provide Amazon multiple invoices to achieve proof of purchase of the number of units Amazon is requiring for the category or
brand you are working to get ungated. We will not combine multiple separate EED order invoices into one single invoice for Amazon.

If Amazon is requiring you provide them “live” photos of product or its packaging and/or UPC(s) of an item(s), we can obtain these directly from
inventory picked by our warehouse for your EED FBA order. Please alert our FBA team at fba@eedistribution.com of the needed information, the
relevant EED FBA order number and the specific EED SKU(s). Please note it may take up to 1-2 business days for these requests to be completed in
our extremely busy shipping warehouse.

We can provide a manufacturer Letter of Authorization (LOR) stating Entertainment Earth/EED is an authorized distributor of the manufacturer’s
products, should Amazon require it. Please contact your EED account representative or the EED FBA team at fba@eedistribution.com to initiate a
LOR request.

We will assist with creating an Amazon listing for an item only if the item is an EED Exclusive and/or manufactured by Entertainment Earth. Please
note, due to these matters ultimately being determined by Amazon marketplace policies that are subject to change, we cannot guarantee a
successful outcome for every item.
