international LID as a safety officer, scaffolding inspector.(10-12-2019) To
(16-02-2022)

ground metro.

RESPONSIBILITY

 Prepare Project HSE Plan & monitor its effective implementation.

 Evaluate the performance of Safety Standard for identifying hazards
and risk analysis & effectiveness of the action taken to prevent
accident. (HIRA)
 Prepare Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for critical activities.
 Capturing unsafe acts & conditions prevailing at site & stopping activities of
high severity.
 Site Safety Inspection, Accident & incident investigation / analysis &
recommending remedial actions.
 Escalating pending and high severity violation to top management for early
action.
 Carry out PTW monitoring and review
 Arrange inspection of all lifting machines/tools/tackles/pressure
plants by Competent Person as per Act & Rules there under.
 Procurement of quality Safety Materials (PPEs) & Safety Gadgets.
 Identifying, design and conduct need based safety training for staff &
workmen (in-house & external agencies) & Safety Motivational /
Awareness Programs time to time.
 Conduct Mock Drill/ Fire Drill at regular intervals to check emergency
prepared ness.
 Continuous monitoring of all safety related documents, reports and issues
to keep them updated.
 Safety Orientation for new Engineers and Safety Induction for new workmen
before deploying at site.
 Conducting Safety Competition / Campaigns to inculcate safety
consciousness among the Staff / workmen at project sites.
 Conducting various awareness programmers (like job safety
training to the employees and organizing essay, poster, slogan
competition).
 I present my site safety activity by presentation very well.
  Prepare weekly and monthly EHS statistics (MIS) for submit to HQand client
