center & edges which indicates participants perceive the site as
generally walkable and it offers diverse activities and building
typologies to users. Biophilia is rated the lowest so it has the
most need to be improved. Compactness received 62.2% so
participants believe the place can sustain living and working
activities of its users. Completeness can be further improved by
stronger implementation of designated lanes. Lastly,
connectedness receives 63.5% since the area is known as a
transport hub. All the categories still have the potential to be
