Once upon a time there was a sow who had
three little piglets, she had difficulty feeding
them. So when they are old enough, the 1
mother releases them into the world to seek
their fortune.

The second little pig also lived a lazy life,

but he want to build a house out of sticks. 3
"Please can you sell some of these bricks so
I can build a house?"

"Oh of course". and he build a brick house 5

The first and second little pigs laughed, they

thought their youngest brother was really
ridiculous for having to work so hard when 7
his two older siblings were done.
The next day, a wolf happened to pass by
the path where the three little pigs lived, and
he saw a thatched house, and he smelled a
pig inside. He thought the pig would make a
good meal and his mouth started to water. 9

Then the wolf breathed in heavily, exhaled

loudly, and he destroyed the first pig's
thatched house!

The wolf opened its jaws very wide and bit

as hard as it could, but the first little pig
escaped and ran away to hide with the 1
second little pig 1
"No! No! No! I don't let any wolf fur into
my house!”

Without further ado, the wolf took in his

breath as hard as he could, blew it into the 1
wooden house, and crushed it to the
ground. 3

So the wolf knocked on the door and said,

“Little pig! Little pig! Let me in! Let me

in!”

But the third little pig peeked through the 1

keyhole, and seeing the wolf's narrow eyes 5
The wolf repeatedly inhaled and exhaled
loudly, over and over again until it finally
gasped. Wolves can't blow up that house! 1
7

It turned out that the wolves found another

way, namely through the chimney. It then
climbed up the ladder that was nearby to get
on the roof and entered through the chimney
but the third little pig heard the sound of 1
wolf footsteps on the roof.
9
As the wolf entered through the chimney of
the house, he felt something warm on his
tail. But because he was very hungry, he still
went down the chimney. The deeper he
descended, his tail became very hot and 2
smelled of burning. 1

Since then, the three little pig brothers have

lived happily ever after in their windproof
brick house and the bad wolf never came 2
back! 3
Apparently, the wolf's tail was burning with
fire!

Knowing its tail was on fire, the wolf climbed 2

out of the chimney and ran into the forest.
2
Finally, he was so out of breath that he
couldn't inhale and couldn't exhale anymore.
Then he stopped to rest and think for a while. 1
8

He immediately rushed to tell his two brothers

to light a fire in the fireplace to prevent the
wolves from entering. 2
0
the two little pigs scurried away as fast as they
could to avoid being caught by the wolves.

the two pigs made it to the third pig's brick

house, and the third pig closed the door before
the wolf could get to them. 1
4

he was frightened and replied,

"No! No! No! Get you out of here!”

6
So the wolf knocked on the door and said,

“Little pig! Little pig! Let me in! Let me in!”

But the little pig saw the wolf's huge claws through the keyhole, so he replied back,

"No! No! No! I will stay here!”

The wolf again knocked on the door and said,

“Little pig! Little pig! Let me in! Let me in!” 1

2
The three little pigs set to work, and by night
the thatched house and wooden house had
been finished, but the brick house was just 6
beginning to rise above the ground.

A few days later the brick house was finished,

and looked very sumptuous with its glazed
windows, neat little chimney, and shiny iron 8
door knocker.
The three pigs then made their own homes
to survive.

The first little pig lived lazily, he wanted to 2

make his house out of straw.

the youngest little pig kept walking until he

met a man with a cart full of bricks.

"Excuse me," said the third little pig, as

politely as his mother had taught him to.
