Respected Sir,
As per the discussions held with your good self-regarding the Painting work to be executed at your Site,
we are pleased to submit the attached estimated proposal of our labour & material price.

● Application Methodology through the PIS
● Pre-Painting surface inspection by technical personnel.
● Directions on standard application procedures as per the PIS
● On site sampling to provide a tangible perception of the finish (whenever required)
● Site visits by our personnel.

using a brush. Quartz Sand should be
sprinkled on top of the food grade
coating at a rate of 200-300 gms per
sqm in order to facilitate mechanical
bonding with plaster.

/Plaster/Patch work in 1:4
(Cement:sand) admixed with integral
waterproofing compound Dmartcare
Vitalia Neo to proper gradient over
the entire treated area for thickness
of 15 mm
PAYMENT SHOULD BE DONE ON THE BASIS OF ACTUAL MEASUREMENT.

Kindly Note:- 1. Bore Packing : For downlakes, service pipe etc Preparing the inside surface
of core and PVC /MS Pipe by roughening using suitable Sandpaper to get better adhesion
prior to packing works. Providing necessary formwork for packing the bore using suitable
arrangement (depending upon site conditions). Applying a coat of styrene- butadiene based
polymer coating using SmartCare Repair Polymer to enhance adhesion between the packing
material and other surfaces. Packing the gap using non shrink cement polymer based
SmartCare General Purpose Grout up to the surface of the bore. strictly following
manufacturer's instructions,.including applying 2 coats of Smartcare Damp Block 2k around
the periphery joints of the pipes, as per manufacturer's recommendation etc. (Your End Or

2. The above rates are exclusive of 18% GST.

3. Work Order to be released on the name of the applicator

4. Based on the confirmed work order, the work will be started in 7 days.

5. Water supply, Lift facility, electricity supply and storage room with locking facility shall be provided
by the client.

6. All the necessary safety precautions will be taken by the applicator.

7. All payments to be released based on work in progress with 20% advance along with work order.

8. Warranty of 5 years shall be applicable for the above waterproofing system backed by the
applicator.

9. Rates are Exclusive of GST. Any change in Govt. Levies / Taxes will be to your account.

10. The above rates are budgetary which are subject to further negotiations.

11. The above quoted rates are valid upto 31st march 2023.

12. The above recommendations and their viability should be verified by a competent structural
consultant
