Respected Participants,
As the undersigned attending BAMUN’22 at Beaconhouse School System Abbottabad

during the day 25 to the 27 of November you are obliged to follow the rules set by the
organization and hereby agree to remunerate and hold harmless the Beaconhouse School
System Abbottabad and BAMUN employees and directorate against any claims and
defamation. You will adhere to public law and are responsible to any personal damages
and misconduct performed and BAMUN’22 shall not be held responsible.
Participants are subjected to the following rules:

Once you have entered the venue you are not permitted to re-enter once existed. If you
have left the institute, you are not allowed to enter again within that day

You are not allowed to bring any sort of edibles or drinkables into the Institute and will
get the required material within the premises. Everything shall be available at the stalls
set there during these three days you are to attend of the event (including concert and
committee sessions)

If under any medications you are to send the BAMUN’22 directorate evidence or medical
prescription of it in order for it to be allowed into the venue. If not informed it shall be
confiscated.

Dress code must be strictly followed:

• Boys: Suits, Dress pant with shirt or formal coat
• For boys who are in Pakistan National Assembly (PNA) Committee they are
permitted to wear shalwar kameez with waistcoat or formal coat
• Girls: Plain shalwar kameez or formal dress pant suits
 • Delegates must not wear casual attire (including jeans and t-shirts). Observers are
not bound to this rule.

All illicit substances or materials that are in opposition to Beaconhouse SOP’s will be
confiscated and will be returned back after the event if caught during the event timings
hence must not be brought.

In case of any misdemeanor among delegates the DIAS shall not entertain the situation
and will motion forward towards immediate disqualification of the participant and will
not receive certification of participation.

The Code Of Conduct shall be strictly followed and observed hence, all participants should
be extremely vigilant and aware.
