Do hereby undertake the following that -

1. I shall not claim admission in the hostel after my stay for four continuous academic years, even
if I fit in all criteria.
2. I shall not claim any special privileges in the hostel even if I am admitted through management
quota.
3. I shall strictly adhere to the criteria of percentage for admission set by the committee.
4. I shall not be indulged into any ragging activities (physical/mental) and if found so, then without
any clarification or explanation the management has the right to suspend me without any giving
proof.
5. If any warning letters are issued to me or my parents regarding my misbehavior in the hostel
and if it leads to my termination or temporary suspension from the hostel, I and my parents will
accept it with no further appeal.
6. Management has the right to terminate the hostel admission without giving any explanation,
proof and reasons.
7. Committee member, management or rector shall not be responsible for my Illegal behavior
inside or outside the hostel. If the police are involved in any such act, the management will not
be held responsible.
8. I will follow all the precautions directed by ICMR and instructions given by the management in
order to prevent any disease (including CORONA) to my hostel mates and others.
9. If II am symptomatic for any disease, I will immediately inform to the management and will not
hide any of my medical illness I doctor consultations from the management. I am liable to take
the treatment prescribed by the doctor.
10. In every event of the hostel I shall behave with decency and for any unwanted incidence
occurs, I shall not hold my fellow friends and management responsible.
11. I shall behave with utmost discipline with the rector, committee member and staff. Any
misbehavior will lead too strict disciplinary action without any appeal.
