TOPIC: What are the similarities between Izmir and Ankara?

In my point of view, Izmir and Ankara look alike each other in many ways. To start
with, both Izmir and Ankara are big cities. Because of that, two cities have huge population.
As a result, these crowded cities have a large transportation network. Besides, they have lots
of historic buildings and places. If you want to hear some examples, for Izmir, Ephesus
Ancient City, Bergama Ancient City, Agora Ancient City, Historical Elevator etc. For Ankara, I
can give you these examples; Turkey Grand National Parliament building, Castle of Ankara,
Anıtkabir etc. Moreover, both cities have an important role in industrial field for Turkey.
They are in strategical places for transportation. For instance, Izmir is a seaside city.
Consequently, products can be transferred by ships. In Ankara, there are several train ways
to the other cities such as Istanbul, Konya, Izmir, Bursa. The transportation in Ankara is easy,
too. All the things considered, if you lived in one of these cities, you can easily live in the
other city, too.
