Briose cu chinoa si broccoli

Ingredients

 1 1/2 cups cooked quinoa


 2 heads of broccoli florets chopped
 1/2 yellow onion diced
 1 1/3 cup vegan cheese sauce
 1 tsp sea salt

Instructions

 Preheat oven to 350.


 Saute the chopped broccoli and onion on medium high for about 5-7 minutes.
 Add the cheese sauce and quinoa to the veggie mix and mix well.
 Salt to taste.
 Spoon mixture into lined muffin pans.
 I used standard sized muffin pans and baked for 20-25 minutes.

Cashew Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

 2 cups raw cashews (soaked overnight and drained)


 1 cup water
 3/4 cup nutritional yeast
 1/2 tsp chili powder
 1/4 tsp onion powder
 salt to taste

Instructions

 Soak the cashews in water overnight.


 The next day, drain and rinse them.
 Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

You can store it in the fridge in an airtight container. Should keep for a few weeks. You may even be able to
freeze it.
