II. Subjects discussed

During the meeting the following topics were discussed:

1- Performance of the objectives of the last week:

- CNPS (Fedrine)
- Payment of hostesses (Fedrine)
- UBA Internet Banking (Fedrine)

- FECABASKET: talk to NDUKU (Awa and Milton)

- LIGUE DE BASKETBALL DU LITTORAL: meeting with the league office and Josiane
TCHEMELIEU (Awa and Milton)
2- Challenges and instances reached in the past week and the solutions:
- Interview with Josiane Tchemelieu and office of the Littoral Basketball League (Awa and
Milton)

3- Instances and objectives of the current week

- Payment for RAPA hostesses and CALABASH staff (Fedrine)

- CNPS (waiting for a return today) (Fedrine)

- Change of bank and search for microfinance (Fedrine)

- Establishment and proposal of an HR policy (Awa)

- Establishment of a proposal for the Regional Coastal Basketball Cup (Milton, Vanelle and
Awa)
- Physical interview with basketball player Daniel BAH this week in CALABASH (Milton and
Vanelle)

- Video interview with the international Hermine NGUEKO, this Tuesday, May 23 at 5 p.m.
(Milton and Vanelle)
Search for a basketball player in the Junior category for PURPLE & BLUE (Awa)

- Possible trip to Yaoundé to meet the President of FECABASKET (Milton)

- Sending final RAPA 2023 reports to OLAM (Milton)

- Preparatory meeting with OLAM for the MOTHER'S DAY campaign normally scheduled for
this Wednesday at OLAM's premises (Milton, Vanelle and Awa)

4- Ads in general:
- Company outing for the end of June

- Establishment of a monthly entertaining outing for CALABASH staff

- Make research on COOPERATE WOMAN IN LEADERSHIP

5- Achievements achieved:

- Interview with the Bureau of the Littoral Basketball League

- Interview with player Josiane TCHEMELIEU
III. Decisions taken
After discussions between the various people invited, it was decided as follows:

Effective change of bank because UBA cannot find a solution to our problems, we have listed 1
bank and a microfinance, in particular:

- UBC (Union Bank of Cameroon) for the opening of a business and employee account, and
see the benefits they can offer for CALABASH and individually for its employees

- NTARINKON for opening a savings account for the company

VI. Comments and interventions

We discussed at length about our personal aspirations on a private and professional level, the
atmosphere was very friendly and benevolent with a lot of advice received from Milton

At the end of the meeting, it was announced that the next meeting will take place on Monday,
May 29, 2023.
