WRONG PROCEDURE DURING LIQUID SENSITIVITY

DETECTION ADJUSTMENT.
Product: Analyzer.

Model: A25 and A15.

Serial Number: All analyzers using Service software v4.1, Firmware v3.6.1

Cause: A wrong procedure during liquid dispensation in cups, tubes or reagent

bottles, can generate a lower sensitivity value than real one.

When saline solution is dispensed (important: Do not use distilled water to do this
adjustment), the internal sides of the cup may be impregnated with liquid,
creating false signal readings.

Improvement: To avoid wrong reading, the pipette cannot touch the cup during
liquid dispensation. The pipette must be centered in the cup to avoid touching the
internal sides of the cups.

Once the solution is dispensed, left the cup rest for 5 minutes without shaking or
moving it. After this time, the adjustment can be done.
