Health and Safety Considerations

Activity Hazard Who is at risk? How will you reduce the risk?
ELEVATOR SHOT GETTING STUCK During this shot we will take an elevator up 9 floors.
HAZARD Cast & The first time I went on this elevator I noticed tis not
up to safety standards, it creeks and shakes like
Crew crazy. To minimize the risk of getting stuck I would
limit the movement in the elevator

HALLWAY SHOT INJURY CREW The cameraman will have to walk backwards at
some point in order ro capture the actors face,
unable to look behind themselves they might fall. To
avoid this I wil have someone stand behind me in
order to catch me if I fall.

HALWAY SHOT Trip hazard CAST The floors are very slippery in this flat so to limit the
FLAT risk I will have actors ad crew be careful while
walking.
