2. power issue

issue analysis ideas and steps：

1、 Hold down the on/off button for 30 seconds to check whether you can restart the machine ；
2、 Plug in the charger, charge for 5 minutes and check whether the screen is displayed, and check whether the
battery VBAT is short of power (less than 3.5V)；
3、 Through the boot test point boot, can boot is not the motherboard problem ；
4、 Check battery connector welds and their bodies for oxidation or damage；

5、 Check whether the following VBAT voltage is short-circuited with GND or abnormal voltage (VBAT line TVS
tube, voltage regulator tube, etc., are broken down to ground) ；
6、 Check whether the on-off key connector and the FPC of the on-off key are damaged ；
7、 Test whether there are other abnormal signals in the startup sequence ：
PWRKEY_SW ---------Switch signal 0V changed to 1.1V；
PMIC2SDM_RESET_N ---------Reset signal changed from 0V to 1.8V；
8、 Check whether the voltage in Table is short-circuited with GND or abnormal voltage ：
9、 If the starting current is around 20MA, check whether the crystal oscillator circuit is welded normally ；
10、 If the startup current is abnormal above 1A, check whether the VBAT loop is short-circuted to the
ground and check the grounding diodes at each position of the VBAT line；
11、 If the startup current is abnormal at about 100MA, check whether there is a heating position on the
touch motherboard；
12、 Use X-ray to check the welding condition of each main chip,CPU/Flash/PMIC；
13、 Weld or re-weld the main chip to confirm the welding status；
14、 Replace the CPU/Flash/PMIC;

1、 Press the "on/off" button to check whether there is motor vibration to boot or plug in the charger there is
vibration to boot but the screen is black；
2、 Check whether the LCM connector is properly assembled and reinstall it ；
3、 Switch the normal LCM display screen to eliminate the problem points of LCM monomer ；
4、 Check C2693、C2692、C2690、C2691 corresponding VELVDD, VELVSS voltage output 4.6V/-3.5V；

2、 Check whether the LCD connector welding or body is abnormal and the backlight part of the circuit,
measure the relevant electrical signal to see whether it is normal ；
3、 Check the common mode filter and the LCD circuit resistance (FL2601,FL2602,FL2603,FL2604,FL2605)
whether there is abnormal phenomenon such as welding or damaged；
4、 Check whether the CPU has burst glue, if there is X-ray equipment can be used to observe the IC tin ball
with X-ray ray；

5. Touch screen is invalid

issue analysis ideas and steps：

1、 Restart the test after reassembling TP (cross validation) ；
2、 Check whether there is any abnormality in the welding or body of the LCD connector J2602, and then test
it after welding again or replacing it；
3、 A multimeter was used to measure the ground resistance of TP test signal points and compare it with the
normal motherboard；
4、 X-ray check CPU welding condition, after welding or re - welding test ；
5、 Replace the CPU；

6. ALS & P Sensor failure

issue analysis ideas and steps：

1、 Check whether the surface and interior of the light sensor chip are stained or blocked ；
2、 Check the light sensor/distance sensor for damage or abnormal welding；
3、 Measure VREG_L9A_1P8 voltage is normal；
4、 Check whether the ALSPS_VDD voltage is normal；
5、 Check whether the optical distance sensor connector (path) is properly connected ；
6、 Replace the ALS & P Sensor pad and ALS & P Sensor on the A shell；
7、 Add welding CPU/PMIC reweld, or replace;

1、 Measure whether the voltage on VREG_L9A_1P8 is 1.8V;
2、 Check whether the circuit components of the gravity sensor module are badly welded or damaged, and
check whether the electrical signal is normal;
3、 Solder or replace the gravity sensor U2502；
4、 Weld or replace the CPU；

1 Test after reassembling the connector or replacing the side key；
2 Check whether the power key POWER_KEY, volume + VOL_P, volume - VOL_N voltage signal is
normal；

1、 Check whether the Camera assembly is abnormal, and reassemble or replace the Camera for test (When
eliminating the problem of the main rear camera, pay attention to removing other cameras when replacing
the camera for inspection to eliminate other factors)

2、 Check whether the J2701 connector of the main camera is damaged or welded abnormally, and then
weld or replace the connector；
3、 Check VCAMA_MAIN_2P8/ VCAMD_DVDD_1P05/ CAM_AFVDD_2P8/ VCAMD_DOVDD_1P8 voltage
and signal of surrounding circuit are normal；
4、 Check whether the LDO chip U2201 body is damaged or welding is abnormal, and check the relevant
electrical signal to see whether it is normal；
5、 Weld/re-weld PMIC, or replace；
6、 Weld/re-weld the CPU or replace it；

11. The rear macro camera function fails

issue analysis ideas and steps：

1、 Check whether the Camera assembly is abnormal, and reassemble or replace the Camera for testing
(when eliminating the Camera head problem, pay attention to removing other cameras when replacing the
Camera for inspection to eliminate other factors)；
2、 After checking whether the J2703 connector of the upper camera is damaged or welded abnormally, weld
or replace the connector；
3、 Check VCAMA_AVDD_2P8/ VCAMD_DOVDD_1P8 voltage and surrounding circuit signal is normal;
Check whether PMIC output is abnormal or there is short circuit or open circuit abnormality in peripheral
circuit；
4、 Check whether the welding or body of LDO chip U2201 is normal ；
5、 Weld/re-weld the CPU or replace it；

12. The rear WIDE camera function fails

issue analysis ideas and steps：

1、 Check whether the Camera assembly is abnormal, and reassemble or replace the Camera for test (when
eliminating Camera problems, remove other cameras when replacing the Camera for inspection to
eliminate other factors)；
2、 Check whether the J2702 connector of the wide camera is damaged or welded abnormally, and then weld
or replace the connector；
3、 Check VCAMA_AVDD_2P8/ VCAM_DVDD_1P2/ VCAMD_DOVDD_1P8 voltage and surrounding circuit
signal is normal, abnormal check PMIC output abnormal or peripheral circuit has short circuit or break
abnormal existence；
4、 Check whether the welding or body of LDO chip U2201 is normal ；
5、 Weld/re-weld CPU, PMU or replace；

13. Front camera function failed

issue analysis ideas and steps：

1、 Check whether the Camera assembly is abnormal, and reassemble or replace the Camera for testing
(when checking the front Camera, pay attention to remove the rear Camera when replacing the Camera,
to eliminate other factors)；
2、 Check whether the front camera J2802 connector is damaged or welding is abnormal, and re-weld or
replace the connector；
3、 Check whether the voltage of VCAMA_CAM_F_2P8 / VCAMF_DVDD_1P2 / VCAMD_DOVDD_1P8 is
abnormal. In case of abnormal voltage, check whether the OUTPUT of PMIC is abnormal or there is a
short circuit or an abnormal break in the peripheral circuit；
4、 Check whether the welding or body of LDO chip U2201 is normal ；
5、 Weld/re-weld CPU, PMU or replace；

14. Flash not working

issue analysis ideas and steps：

1、 You can add about 3.0V voltage at both ends of the LED bonding pad to test whether the LED lamp can
be lit；
2、 Replace the flashlight small board, or check whether the structure of the small plate contact flashlight
shrapnel is biased, whether the lamp is damaged；
3、 Reweld or replace PMIC;

15. The motor failure

1、 Check whether the components of motor positive and negative channels are damaged, short circuit to the
ground, etc；
2、 Measure the voltage value of ANT100 and ANT101 shrapnel on KB board and confirm by comparing with
normal motherboard；
3、 Test the motor after rewelding or replacement；

1、 Test the FM function again after replacing the American standard earphone；

6、 Soldered/re-soldered WCN chips (U4801), or test after replacement；
7、 Soldered/re-soldered CPU, or test after replacement；

17. Unrecognized earphones/ Earphone MIC failure

issue analysis ideas and steps：

1、 Test the earphone function again after replacing the earphone ；
2、 Check whether the headphone holder has welding deviation, buoyancy or body damage, and re-weld or
replace the headphone holder；
3、 Check whether the earphone circuit components have bad welding or body damage, and test after
repair；
4、 Check whether the EARphone interrupt signal S/W(DETECT) is poorly welded or damaged, and then test
after repair；
5、 Check whether the MIC signal EAR_MIC_P circuit component of the earphone is badly welded or
damaged, and test it after repair；
6、 Check whether the left and right sound channel signal circuit components of earphones are badly welded
or damaged, and test them after repair；
7、 Re-weld or replace the CPU

18. MIC No sound or low sound

issue analysis ideas and steps：

1、 The main MIC is on the KB board. Replace the KB board or mainboard. Locate the fault on the mainboard
or small board；
2、 Check whether the main MIC negative electrode grounding resistance is welded or damaged, and
measure the relevant electrical signals;
3、 Through the use of good motherboard MIC circuit, fly wire to the problem MIC, determine the monomer or
circuit problem；
4、 Check whether the MB KB board connector has welding deviation, tin connection, or body damage ；
5、 Visually inspect the MIC related small components for poor welding or body damage, and measure the
relevant electrical signals；
6、 Through the good small board circuit, fly wire to the MIC of the small board to be repaired to determine the
monomer or circuit problem；
7、 Test after replacing the MIC. When replacing the MIC, note that high temperature will damage the MIC
body；

replace the corresponding circuit resistance capacity, filter,U4003, U4601, U5202, U4301, U4109, U3501,

1 Check whether the antenna shrapnel is welded or in contact with the antenna of the mobile phone
shell, and check whether the antenna shrapnel is deformed or detached, and whether the antenna
monomer is broken；
2 BT/ WIFI2.4g FAIL Check whether there are obvious welding anomalies in resistance and capacitance
sensing devices on the corresponding path, check whether there are welding problems in U4908 and
FL4904, and replace or add welding to main components in the path。
3 GPS FAIL to check access, re-weld or replace key components such as U4908, FL4902 and
LNA4902, and finally check Transceiver U3501；
4 5G WIFI FAIL to check access, re-weld or replace key components such as U4908 and SW4902, and
