To keep pace with rapid growth, Robinson needed to replace outdated HR systems
with a single system of record for all human capital management data across the
organization. It chose the SAP® SuccessFactors® Employee Central and SAP
SuccessFactors Learning solutions over Workday and engaged Avenue HR for the
deployment. Now that 600 employees across 10 sites are live on the system, Robinson
expects simpler employee training and time management – which will mean better
service for Robinson customers.
